You can’t begin to imagine how much need in our community that Cardinal serves. I can’t imagine Kosciusko County without Cardinal Services.

Cardinal services has been a staple of Warsaw for many years giving jobs and support to people with special needs. It's a great business....was a great business.I moved back to the area about 3 years ago, and I've had family and friends who have worked for this company....and I firmly believe based on evidence I've obtained over the past year alone, that there are some GRAVE human, ethical, and economic rights infractions occuring at the deepest level of this company.I have multiple reports of lack of hygiene care for consumers gone unanswered by the higher ups.I've seen reports of verbal abuse to consumers gone unanswered by the higher ups.I've seen abuse of power, making people work over 90+ hours in a week! This is common knowledge to them.Their staff is dwindling down to the very corrupt ones left because anyone with a kind heart has seen the nasty things going on and took their leave in haste. The higher ups can't pick up hours at the locations because they ARE NO LONGER CERTIFIED in MEDICAL EMERGENY OPERATIONS, once they hit office level. The higher ups reprimand or fire anyone who disagrees with any policy or decision that is based on numbers and influence not in the best interest of the consumers in their CARE.They post all these pictures and put on a good show but when they have employees with GENUINE health concerns of the people in their care it falls on deaf ears. Why do you think they can't keep staff?Ever wonder why the "Now Hiring" banner on the building is tattered and tired. Because it's always up.They are in it for the government funds and publicity these specifically in this age of it's existence. It's not about the consumers any more.I started collecting evidence once I realized there is some SERIOUS violation of human rights going on.This message was based of off different accounts of employees long term and short term and ex alike.I yearn for the old Cardinal services of Warsaw.I'm writing this as a precursor to actually moving forward journalistically, with the hope that someone in the higher ranks here remembers what Cardinal Services used to represent and figures out where the ethical tapeworm of the business is located and exterminated before the whole business is targeted. While I was away I learned about holding people accountable no matter their size or influence.Please.Hear me.This isn't anything but a concern for the special needs community in Warsaw Indiana. It can be fixed. The corrupt pieces must be removed.

Applied with them 3 times for kabs. For some reason they turn down a person with 5 years experience as a Class B CDL driver not sure what they expect.
