“First time ever filing my taxes through someone. I normally do it on my own. I of course waited until last minute and I know how chaotic tax season can be especially at the end of tax season. Bonnie Boyer helped me with mine. I was missing some information that needed to be corrected and I wasn't able to get that info until yesterday morning. Bonnie let me drop my taxes off to them because I had work and was the only one in office so I couldn't miss work. She went out of her way when her schedule was already full and made it happen before the deadline. She was really patient with me and polite the whole time when I knew I was being a pain in the butt. The front desk lady in the evening on Monday was really polite as well. I had my friends daughter with me who just kept talking her ear off and they were busy. I was really pleased with the H&R Block by walmart in Warsaw. BONNIE! Forever thankful for you and I promise you I won't wait till the last day next year. (:”
