Just stopped in this location as I was in the area and was jaw dropping surprised! This store is phenomenally clean, very well stocked, price tags with the items, items are priced, the customer service is out of this world and I cannot express enough what a fantastic change this is from the stores in the Fort Wayne area. I just may need to make the 45 minute drive to this location when I need my next Big Lots fix! All locations should come take a peek and see how things should be done!!!!

This store was spotless, employees helpful, n great selection throughout the store. Prices were great also, I purchased an entertainment center and my sister bought a new recliner at a fabulous price.
