How state farm drags their feet and fights tooth and nail to dispute paying out what is is due (when admittedly the driver they cover is at fault) is ethically wrong. Be prepared to need to file a complaint for resolution. This review is for State Farm.

Don't waste your time with State Farm or this agency. The worst customer service, never receive call backs as promised and the team lacks insurance knowledge and make up answers. Don't waste your time with this business.

I don't have to call often to adjust my policy or make a claim. But everytime I do ok it feels like they know me well. Very personable, honest, and helpful. Very satisfied with coverage and customer service
