Too bad you can't give zero stars!! This place advertises as "Keep-Safe" but when things get stolen out of your unit, they say their surveillance isn't working and they aren't responsible. Supposedly don't have insurance to cover so you are out $1000's and they won't help figure anything out. ?? Don't recommend.

Owner called me disgusting words over the phone .. gate code never worked .. and I had a bunch of junk in my unit when I moved in .. I was told to deal with it myself or pay them to move the stuff .. would not recommend

Rented a unit online, but the gate code didn't work.. called in and they gave me another code.. still didn't work.. called again and was told by the manager that she would go reset the modem.. still did not work. After renting from another place in town, I called to cancel and request a refund for the unit, but was rudely denied the refund because I didn't call back a third time. It's not much money so that's fine, but this manager is disgusting to talk to.

Closed out my storage unit with them in February. Got a letter in the mail end of April saying they locked my unit and I owe them money. Called them and they said they have no documents showing I closed out my unit and they will turn it over to collections. Not willing to make their mistake right. I'm sure Glen Barker would not be happy. That is not the way he did business.
