Had a screen protector issue and went to have them put in the protector. The young lady took her time to make sure it was on there correctly and not just thrown on.

I’ve been with AT&T for a long time. I went in to see about switching my wife’s Android to an iPhone. Condescending customer service by Logan. He greeted me in a helpful manner, but as soon as I started asking questions and explaining the switch, his replies were, ‘No, no, not correct’. Idk if he takes customer service cues from Andrew Tate videos, but Logan’s customer service was about establishing dominance over the conversation rather listening to me explain my phone situation. Don’t compare an 11 Pro to an SE, because you’ll be shutdown faster than a Democrat at a Trump rally. I meant I wanted a phone in a similar size, Logan. I wasn’t talking about the hardware in the phone. ? Let the customers talk out their problem. ?I left instead of dealing with him more. I’m not going to give my business to a store with arrogant help.I went up to the AT&T store on 15 next to Kohl’s. Patrick, the manager at that store. He was excellent. 10/10 customer service. Knowledgeable. Answered all my questions.As a final note, this is the second time I’ve been to the AT&T store on 30. Summer 2022 I went in their with questions, they had poor customer service then. I went again. Poor customer service. I will not be going there again.Save yourself time. Go to the one on 15.

I walked into the Warsaw Indiana store almost in tears. Long morning trying to transfer phones and set new ones up! I was defeated!! TRENTON TO THE RESCUE!!!! He was absolutely amazing and every ounce of anxiety gone when he started to work his magic and fix all that I’d done wrong!!! THIS MAN NEEDS A RAISE!!!!!! Thank you Trenton!!!
