“We recently purchased a Speed Queen washer from Smith's Appliance. I had done my research for the best top loader machines and Speed Queen was in the top five. I looked up places thar carried that brand and found Smith's Appliance. We were greeted quickly upon entering the store. Our salesperson seemed very knowledgeable about their products. She answered all our questions. We decided on the Speed Queen. They are not cheap but included in the price was delivery, set up, instructions on operating the machine and haul away. Our delivery guys were awesome! The machine does not have a lot of bells and whistles. It does a fantastic job at cleaning. Old stains that my 2 year old Whirlpool could not remove are gone. It does not become un level like my Whirlpool did frequently. It is quiet. I can pause it and add extra items. I was worried about the capacity size but I can get quite a bit in it including a Queen bedspread. When we need another major appliance purchase, we will go back to Smith Appliance.”
