“Lived here since these apartments were built. The complex manager, Brenda, is friendly, capable, and helpful. Frank takes care of maintenance and repairs VERY quickly, even after hours and on weekends. Each apartment includes a washer and dryer, which is a huge plus! Even though there are a lot of children living in the complex, the neighborhood is quiet. My only complaint, which prevents a 5-star rating, is the company used for landscaping maintenance. They do a poor job.”

“I've been here 2 months and am pretty happy. I wish my neighbors would quit slamming the doors at all hours it shakes the apartment. But I guess a little noise is to be expected.”
“Orchard Ridge is an amazing place to live! The office and maintenance staff always listen to your needs and get things done in a timely manner. The property is always clean and quiet. There is nothing I would change about living here! The fact that they are doing complete remodels of each apartment and updating all appliances amazes me. Highly recommend!”
