I am an avid NASCAR fan and used the K9 Earmuffs for my Guide Dog, River's first NASCAR experience. She handled everything with ease. I appreciate her mental soundness and the protection provided by the K9 Earmuffs. Eric answered all of my questions; provided excellent advice for acclimating River to the earmuffs while in the loud environment; and described how to know the earmuffs are fitted propperly from a nonvisual perspective. I highly recommend the K9 Earmuffs.

Douglas, is tolerating them well. He was nervous and pacing before I put them on, now he's laying on the couch taking a nap with them on. Not bad for the first time trying them on. Wow. I should have done this sooner! The only thing I might have changed was possibly going with a small (his head circumference is 15 and weights 32 lbs so I got a medium) because his fur is slick and not fluffy like other dogs.

Product is great, I will admit my girl is not a fan of it but with time I’m sure she’ll get used to it! Eric was great to deal with and has given me the best customer resolution experience ever! Highly recommend this product and appreciate the peace of mind that you know you’ll get great customer service if a situation arises from your purchase! (I was accidentally double billed due to a processing error and Eric stayed up to date with me through the whole situation until it was debited back to my account).

Great product! my boy wears them at the drag races to protect against the loud cars. They work! He can still hear but dosen't flinch when it gets crazy loud.
