Never had anything but polite interactions with employees, but this is the only Casey's I have ever stopped at that is always out of food in warmers. Probably 75% of the time i stop there is nothing or like 1 item left. Never had problems with quality of food when it's there, just seems to rarely be there.

I am a high school student and I like to get breakfast before school and the people who make the food are hiding the burritos so the kids can’t get them and eat them all and so the parents can eat it’s not fear to the kids who don’t have to to eat at there

Got a breakfast burrito from the cabinet. It was cold for over $5.00. Employee at the checkout was to busy talking and making plans with another employee to speak to me. Took my money and I stood and waited a long while for my change. Never was a word spoken to me. Never was thanked for spending my money there. Made my last trip to your place of business

4th time this month have stopped in about 7-8am to grab breakfast. Nothing available and 2nd time only 7 donuts to choose from. Am kitchen service is terrible. Pm kitchen need more staff have seen 1 staff on several occasions in evening and 1 hour plus for wait time of pizza order always unacceptable. Didn't used to be this way.

One star only because of the obnoxious gas pump ads that they added recently with no mute option. I'm buying $100+ of product from you, I don't appreciate being blasted with ads after a long day on the road. Everyone knows you have pizza, those obnoxious announcements about it aren't generating any new sales. Remove the ads and I'll switch it to 5 stars and start coming back again. I abandoned speedway many years ago for this exact reason. I'm sad caseys has fallen into the same obnoxious habits.

I ordered a supreme pizza a few days ago and the crust was burnt. I stopped in again today to buy Gas & went inside to get a Turkey wrap..most times there’s none made so I asked if they could make me some and was told the guy that makes them called off today. I’ll still stop and buy gas but will never go inside again.

Waited by the food court never greeted to place an order.Ended up getting a slice of cheese pizza. For gas station food was pretty good although it was fresh.Service and atmosphere at checkout was unpleasant. No greeting from the cashier Marshall. Asked how he was doing with no response. Finished checking out and no thank you have a good day or anything.

The gentleman that works at the casey's on Morthland Dr , Valparaiso In. making the pizzas's does an excellent job . He does not over cook them like they do at the calumet Ave Casey's . He is also so friendly , great personality . That is the only location I will go for pizza.

Sent my Boss in approx 10am for 3 dozen donuts! Sadly not enough were there 2as able to get 2 doz only. Then came in to grab and go a couple sandwiches from the warmer got 1 brisket and 2 pork fritters the only sandwiches in the warmer. Biscuit was great pork sandwiches were soggy. The kitchen obviously needs more staff. And more pay to the few staff you have working hard to pick up the slack.

For being open for such a short time. You are failing. Never have pizza out. When you order you wait 30 longer than told. They can keep anything full. Told them iced coffee was out and was told can’t fill it. I can’t leave the register. Either hire more people or figure something out. The managers are horrible. They don’t care when you talk to them about a problem. Ridiculous being open for such a short time to be like this.
