Terrible place to have a business account with. Difficult staff with secret rules and regulations. If you have a Business and you are shopping for a finical institution, Stay Away From Here, And Find Yourself a Real Bank

If you expect your money to be protected by the bank (payments monitored, etc) then stay away from TCU. They won't do a thing if someone were to copy your card and will instead tell you that you were the one using it. Does it matter if police get video evidence or if you were at work while fraudulent transactions were taking place? Absolutely not! I'd assume the same were to happen if someone were to steal your card.

After dealing with a fraud/identity theft issue, TCU did literally nothing. Told me that because my debit card was physically used (chip was read) there was nothing they could do. This is despite me having my debit card, filing a police report for further investigation, and having a paper trail on my credit card. They also are terrible at monitoring. I NEVER use my debit card so you'd think someone racking up a couple thousand dollars in the space of 3 days at Walmart and Meijer would be suspicious right? Nope! Not to TCU! They let everything slide and it was only when I noticed that I had to cancel. A couple years back when I went to Minnesota, it took them DAYS to stop my card from working. Clearly, TCU can't monitor s**** So now I'm out some money and TCU won't do anything still. The police and Meijer corporate office are baffled that TCU won't even dispute the charges. It's absolutely ridiculous. And they even had the gal to tell me that I had either forgotten to give my card to someone (I never give my card to anyone. Over the course of 10 years, NEVER.), or implying that I was trying to commit fraud. I switched within a week and I wish I had done so many years sooner. I can't be happier with the change. I actually feel safe with my money than I did with TCU.

Truly appalling service and even more concerning levels of poor organization from this company. I have been absolutely floored by the incompetence and inconsideration this company has exemplified. My husband's dilemma was a direct mistake of TCU and took initial effort, not of the company, but of the customer, to complain on social media to get any recognition. This completely unnecessary debacle had to be dealt with by a 28 year old son grieving the sudden death of his father. You should be totally ashamed. TCU transferred the loan amount of Nathan's deceased father's car into Nathan's name, but not the title, so Nathan owed TCU money, but couldn't drive the car. TCU f***** up this painful process so bad, a TCU agent had to physically go INTO a BMV branch to explain how they messed up so badly in order to get the title in Nathan's name. It took him complaining on FB to even get attention to the issue. He spent probably two months just being transferred around the company and being hung up on. So they took forever to finally get the title registered in his name (literal months) and the car just sat there and couldn't be driven. Since the car sat for so long, it has all these issues now and they refuse to give him any kind of compensation for repairs. No, I'm sorry, they offered him $200, which is a slap in the face.
