Takes over 30 minutes to receive my prescription every time I go in, even if I call ahead. Was told for nearly 2 weeks straight every time I came in that they would “have it in tomorrow” just for them to not have it when I came in. Eventually they just told me to transfer somewhere else because they “don’t get that delivered anymore” which would have been good to know in the TWO WEEKS I had been coming in daily.
One or two of the staff is usually very chipper and friendly, the rest look and sound like they’d rather be dead than be there. I have had to repeat myself 3-4 times for them to spell my name right, overall exhausting, frustrating, and generally bad experience.

Everytime I come here I'm always told I have to come back after they get done with lunch. I always give plenty of time between the txt alert by cvs to come pick my prescriptions. It's OK if it happens once or twice but Everytime. They have 6 people behind the counter and it's just me and 2 older ladies and they are even getting mad how long the wait it. On top of waiting, when you finally get your prescriptions they always have a attitude. If there was a lower rating then 1 star I'd rate that. Don't waste your time if you can go somewhere else plz do.

Both employees Nathaniel and Tracy went above and beyond helping locate and recommend a difficult to find needed item.

Very poor customer service. Hours always changing, and website doesn't reflect current info. Website says meds ready, and go to pick up and meds nor ready and pharmacist doesn't know when they'll be ready. Manager just states, short staff and website inaccurate. Jeez

The pharmacy WAS ran efficiently, when Kelly worked here. Late orders, no stock, and insurance issues are constantly happening lately. #blessedwecanlookfornewplace. PS where's Kelly at now?

I have never had a problem cvs pharmacy in Walkerton indiana, until this past week. They told me my Perscrption was out of refills, only to find out they had no Perscrption in the pharmacy, had to wait 2 days for them to order it. My dr called in another refill on another Perscrption, they have yet to fill it, saying they haven’t received a call from dr,, B. S!!!! Cvs is going down hill fast, first the one on Ireland rd in so bend Indiana, now this one in Walkerton?!?! One more screw up, & I’m transferring to walgreen!!

It's the only CVS around my home, the Pharmacy is a bit unorganized, or new rules, management failed to communicate to all store, & employees of changes in company policies, or they're just really rude, I'm hoping for poor management there because many CVS pharmacies are great, thanks hope it helps if you have options...

This evening, I didn’t get a chance to thank the fantastically helpful pharmacy associate that assisted me. In my opinion, this is a very busy pharmacy, and for a small pharmacy staff....I’ve been consistently impressed with the customer service approach at this store!!
