Tim Hunter went above and beyond with taking care of my needs. He thoroughly explained everything in detail and had phenomenal customer service. I did not feel taken advantage of like I have at previous places. Tim is an exceptional worker who genuinely cares about customers first and then their vehicles. I will be returning with my future car needs.

I took my car to Nappanee first and they charged me $20 for the wrong tire and didn't do anything. I took it to Wakarusa and they have the best service, they're not rude like Nappanee/ very polite and they get the job done. Thank You! I had a car key in my tire!

This Monteith fixed a staple in my tire veey quickly.. I got my tires at a different Monteith in Elkhart and had to return twice. I'd go to Wakarusa first any day.

Was in and out quickly for my oil change. They let me know about my filters before replacing . Was affordable. Very friendly staff even while they were very busy. They also have the Best One Card you can apply for if your repairs are costly..
