We had an EXCELLENT service with Kristy Fletcher. She replies even if she's on vacations. The travel trailer wasn't flawless but she took care of everything and we were 100% satisfied with it. Thank you Kristy!

Never a good thing when you have to have a repair done on your camper, BUT, Zoomers made it a great experience. Both Anthony and especially Lindsay did a great job. We primarily worked with Lindsay, her follow up and communication with us throughout the process was both professional and helpful. We would highly recommend Zoomers for your camper needs.

We purchased our RV from Zoomers and I thought what better time than our first camping outing to say thank you with my review. While price was a deciding factor, we were happy there was so much more value in choosing Zoomers. From John, our rep, Chris and Tim in financing, to having help from service to get us on the road, we enjoyed the process. You all made the trip from Massachusetts worth while.
We didn't want a World of Camping experience, and felt like a valued customer right down to the owner Mike meeting with us and helping to make sure we were taken care of. Thank you to everyone for making our home on the road a reality!

Everyone at Zoomers has been incredible to work with. Jamie and Dustin in the service department fixed the floor beautifully and Jamie helped us with a break issue after hours. We will be continuing to use Zoomers for all of our RV needs.

Kristy was our sales associate who did a very thorough job of communicating the process regarding the purchase of our RV. She thoroughly explained where to bring our trade, where to park it and everything flowed flawlessly. Daniel did our walk through who also explained patiently all the features of our new RV. The finance person was more than gracious and kind, came in on behalf of a sick coworker to do our closing. For us, we wouldn't purchase from anywhere else or anyone else for as smooth as the entire process went. We are super busy and appreciated how much our time was valued as well! The teamwork was phenomenal and a very good experience from beginning to end!! We have already sent a referral based upon our own great experience!! Great job!! All of you did phenomenal!! Thank you!

If you’re even thinking about getting a new camper Zoomer’s is the place to go. The experience was great. I worked with Kristy and she was fantastic all the way through the process. Never any pressure to buy and was always available to answer any and all my questions. I would not hesitate to use them again!! We had a great experience with Zoomers in Wabash IN. Kristy was our salesperson, and she was great at communicating with us... but not pushy. We live 2 hours away from the dealership and she was very flexible about meeting with us to look at the unit. The walk thru person was also helpful his name was Daniel.
There are two items we would have appreciated knowing a little more about. One is the Dexter Tow Assist. I had read about the odometer and other aspects but when we asked Daniel about it, he had no idea about that. I looked it up and downloaded the app from a tag hanging on our pantry door... still trying to figure it out completely.
The second item was hooking up the stabilizing hitch to the trailer. They hooked it up while we were finalizing the purchase. BUT we needed some training on the bars and the hitch, since we were coming from a 5th wheel. After we asked Kristy, she did find another man to show us how the hitch worked. We are still having some issues detaching the ball from our truck. It is hard to get the hitch to let go of the ball. We are working on that problem with fellow campers.
All in all-- Zoomers, Kristy and Daniel were great - just a few items we could see to improve on. We love our new TT so far; we are out for a 3-day test run right now and having thunderstorms. So, testing out all the aspects.
