Worst experience I have ever had. I made reservations 3 weeks ahead and called to confirm things 2 days before. I had a truck, moving pads, and dolly! When I went to pick it up, as I was checking out they said there were no pads or a dolly available. I said I confirmed my order and she said that was just confirming the truck only. Very unprofessional. Never apologized or acted like it bothered her at all. I get to the house only to find out there was no ramp either. They never went over anything. It is a dump of a place. Needless to say, it made moving very difficult for us.
