We would not recommend this over priced place to have your car worked on to anyone! Got a huge bill, then got it back w problems that weren't there when we took it in, they would not take care of the problem unless they could charge us with another huge over priced bill!

Some things are very reasonable and some things I don't know how they figured the quote. Have a diagnostic done, get price quote and then make your decision from that. Call around, most times there reasonable....they have to keep the lights on too.Service: Car towing

My car had a small amount of back end damage from someone running into it at a stop light. They did an excellent job repairing it in a timely manner. You can't tell it ever had any damage. Highly recommend them for auto body repair.Thanks

Horrible horrible horrible! They should he ashamed of themselves for taking advantage of someone else's loss! I get they have to make a living, as we all do, but $486.00 to drive a car up onto their tow truck & travel 3 miles for them TOTAL! (1.5 miles to car & 1.5 miles back to shop) then when I call the next to to make arrangements to get my car, they acted as if I was a bother to them and said they'd call me back. They never called me back so they kept my car a second night! Just so they could try to charge me extra storage fees! They were oh so kind to drop the price to $300! I've had a car towed 30 miles for half the cost of this place! This is wrong of them in so many ways!

My pickup went in to replace shock supports. At least 4 of the 8 bolts were sheared off in the bed and not replaced, not even mentioned.

These guys are crooks they told me that they were gonna "fix the transmission" (it was not the transmission)not only they way over charged me but my car now has even more issues and they won't fix it,...don't bring your car here!!!

Seems this shop thinks their reputation is good enough from word to mouth locals. But, clearly are cocky and Not professional, and staff was Rude. Wouldn't take my hot wheels there...

After many troubles with the insurance company and getting tows, Rick’s was able to help me out right away! Not only did they find the cause of the cars problem, but also helped me out with a tow! They went above and beyond to get it fixed! Highly recommend them for any of your auto needs!!!

My experience was fantastic.I called for it too to get my truck my truck taken to autozone so I could work on it myself. I was 10 miles South of town with the front bearing on my truck smoking and probably wilding it's so hot together. It was on the ride to Autozone with YouTube that I realized that they worked on vehicles and we're waiting on parts for another vehicle and other vehicle and had some extra time to get me in right away. The entire bill was $430 including the toe. I was back on the road in only4hours from the time I broke down.

I've had a lot of work done here, probably about 4-5 grand worth the past 7 yrs or so and always gotten great care here at Ricks, the prices are fair, and if they can't fix something they always let me know who can. Morning drop off is great and even gave me a ride back home.

Worst place ever! Kept going there to get one thing fixed. They kept finding more problems. I think they were trying to bleed me dry. They more than likely created the problems just to keep getting paid for new jobs with my warranty insurance. ?By the way check out Yelp for this disgraceful business.

They got my vehicle in and done FAST! It was sounding horrible and overheating with check engine light on. I picked it up this evening and it’s running so good and it’s so quiet!!! Thanks guys!!!! ( Also they told me my oil looked bad and needed changed which I thought was odd because I had been getting it done at Walmart and it wasn’t even due yet according to their sticker
