O'Reilly Auto Parts provides amazing customer service. The staff are wonderful and always willing to help with questions or anything needed, from car parts to changing a key fob battery. Help from the manager is noted as great. Customers report not being made to feel dumb or like an idiot when asking for assistance. While experiences with newer employees can vary, the consistent helpfulness makes it the only place many will stop for their car needs. Customers express they will always come here for any car part.
These guys and ladies are wonderful! I'm a driver who comes all the way from Ft Wayne every day. Whenever I need anything for my vehicle, I stop by. They are always willing to help with questions or anything else I've needed. Hands down the only place I'll stop for my car needs. Thank you!!

Great help from the manager. The kid didn't have a clue. The Manager got me what I needed then helped put it on my car.They need to train the youth about good service.
