24 hour service is a joke. Have needed towed twice in a month and have given these guys the opportunity to make a quick buck twice. First time no answer. Second time a fella answered and said they were booked up and to call back in a couple hours. Told him no big deal and I'd call back. Waited and called back to no answer from 3 calls about 10 mins apart each. All before 5 PM on a Wednesday. I dont understand why either tow service in town wants to make a quick buck. I know what business I need to get into.

great prices and excellent customer services. they are cheaper than anyone in town, great service and took his time getting me unstuck out of my back field. when the other guys would charge more for where I was stick. Northside wrecker came for about 30 to 40 mins, pull my heavy van out all the way to my gravel drive. thanks you Northside for being a true professional.

My father and all my family and friends have always done business with northside and always great service but today I needed my truck hauled off. They called me back asked if we were good to go, I said ya just gotta take out the battery so I can put it back in my truck that I drive daily.

I had two cars break down last week. Northside Wreckers picked them up three times and were there within 15 minutes each time. I've used every towing service in town plus other roadside services and they are by far the fastest and most professional. He picked up my car late at night once as well which sometimes is difficult for other companies. Usually the services will drop off my car to the mechanic and not tell them, so my car will sit there all day and sometimes overnight and no one will know. Northside Wreckers communicates with the mechanics as soon as the car is dropped off. Very professional. Would highly recommend.

i needed my car towed, called 3 times and no one answered in 1 day, called a week later and was told i'd get a call back in a hour, and i never got one. BUT THANKS TO RICKS AUTO THEY DID IT INSTEAD
