“I had winter tires i bought online that needed to be installed on my stock wheels.they were already off the car and just needed them dropped off to get switched. I live fairly close, across the street pretty much. I asked if they had the time as I didn't need to wait or drop off my car. They were happy to help and said if they didn't get time that they would keep over night and do in the morning. I had called about 3pm. Pretty late in the afternoon. Well I dropped them off and thanked them, 1 hour later they said they were done and ready! I was shocked and happy to have them done so quickly. I paid $120, not sure how much a typical job is here in IN as I had just moved here. Seemed kind of steep as I've had tires swapped many times at big brand stores in CA for much cheaper. But they were balanced and ready pretty quick so it wasn't too big of a deal. Now that im a customer, and I get more work done in the near future, I get local prices. But they were professional and easy to work with.”

“Some things are very reasonable and some things I don't know how they figured the quote. Have a diagnostic done, get price quote and then make your decision from that. Call around, most times there reasonable....they have to keep the lights on too.Service: Car towing”
“we stopped at Walmart auto care center on our way to Indianapolis. I noticed that the car was making sounds. I then realized I was over 2k miles on my oil change. I went in and talked to Bailey. He said he had two cars in front of me if I wanted to wait. I was in a time crunch. he said, " I'll come out and check your oil". He topped it off just to get me home safely. He was wonderful!!! And friendly from the minute I walked in the door!”
