“Don't waste any time wondering if this is the right place, if they have your part, JUMP at the chance to do business here. It's a family operation, that ships anywhere in the country, and the first business of any type I've encountered in decades that applied a shipping-cost-refund, after my item turned out to cost less to ship, than anticipated. Indeed after I asked them to charge for an entire assembly I only needed a few pieces from, they instead charged for only the pieces I needed.I don't know when we 'went off the rails' to not expect everything I wrote above to be normal, but we sure did. These folks are still doing business the 'old way' or 'right way'. They'll get all of mine, going forward.Thanks for your help Noelle.”
