They were able to handle my 70 lb dog, holding him well when drawing blood and giving shots. I love that they do "Happy Visits" to just bring your pet for a treat so your pet doesn't associate the vet with bad things only.

Wonderful Doctors and Staff, low prices, excellent service! When you have to put an fur-baby down you always get a sympathy card from the vet, but EVERYONE at SG signed the card for Libby. What a wonderful personal touch. Thank you so much!!

I cannot express how much I Love Southgate Vet Clinic. The ladies in the office are so nice and make check-in/check-out super easy and quick. The vet techs and veterinary staff are attentive and answer all questions. I could not ask for a better place for my pets to get care. Thank you Southgate!

This is the only vet we have ever used. Our sweet baby molli developed cancer. It still hurts just thinking about it, but the staff were wonderful when we decided there wasn't anything left to do for her other than to put her out of pain. They gave us a private room and a new blanket to lay on with our love. They explained everything and answered all of our questions before hand. He even let me hold her head on my lap and love on her as she took her last breath. They gave us peace and privacy to mourn our sweet girl until my husband finally had to pull me away from her. They handled all the preparations for cremation and the lovely techs made sure to get a paw print in clay as well as paw and nose prints in ink for me since I wasn't in any frame of mind to handle any of that. They all even hugged me and let me cry on them on the way out. Never been to a more caring place with greater people. Will never recommend anyone else.
