I own a Mazda Miata MX-5. It is from 1993, and these cars have never been very popular in Vincennes, but Prestige treated me fantastically and worked with me the whole way to diagnose and get my issues fixed. Great pricing and fantastic work from JR and his crew! Thanks once again.

Happened to be traveling through this part of indiana on my way back from a. Work assignment when my vehicle experienced some issues called this company after being recommened to the by the dodge dealership as they didn't have any time to do repair and they gladly took me in at 2pm and had my car repaired by close. Reasonable price and very kind and helpful. Was cool getty to see the racing history in their breakroom while we waited. We would like to just give a great big thank you to everyone. In my time of need prestige was my hero!! Great service and still traveling strong!!

No matter what is wrong with your car plan on spending 1,000 right off the batI wish I was an auto mechanic.This place gets your stuff done pretty quick.But they are expinsive. For exampleI brought in my car for one problem & a simple tune up. Almost 2000 later I have my car but it still had the same problem. & The parts to fix the car were maybe 300 the rest was all Labor.. wish I had a friend that worked on cars lol

I do not recommend this place at all I took my car there to get it looked at and had to change my mind and get it towed back to my house after a week because financial issues and finally got the car towed to another location and they called me back and told me I had multiple bolts missing from my lift. And I'm they were there before cause I looked over everything and had assumed it was a timing chain and timing belt. And it turned out to be just that. So I got the car towed back and now I have multiple bolts missing from my car and have to pay for it now l, no I will be contacting again about the situation

Tl;dr I got overcharged for a rather simple fix because the owner knew that I was not knowledgeable about cars. Would not recommend to anyone.I had previously given this location a four star review as they seemed kind and willing to work with me in spite of my lack of automotive knowledge. As it turns out, they were taking complete advantage of me.I took my car in for the replacement of a ignition coil. I was told by the referring shop that it would not be cheap, so I was not overly surprised when the owner quoted me a $700+ price. I have recently taken the same car in, for the same reason, to a shop in my new town where the owner quoted me $120. I asked my new mechanic if it was a different issue and that's why it was so much cheaper, but he assured me that he saw the coil they replaced and knew that he was in there for the same reason.At the end of the day, I would not trust the owner of this shop with a lawnmower, much less an automobile of mine ever again.
