“This is a great hotel ! The staff wasexcellent and accommodating. Our room was spotless & had all the necessities we needed . They also hada great complimentary breakfast before we had to head back home . This will definitely be the hotel we will return to in the future. Highly recommend.Rooms: Very spacious & nice .Had a comfortable bed for a nights rest .”

“Red roof was ok i guess only stayed here because The Dolls Motel was booked , The Dolls Motel truly a Luxury Motel , it like mini version of the Hiltons Trumph Motel but better!”

“Our family stayed at Quality Inn just for one night for the Vincennes Rendezvous festival in May 2022. We came close to midnight with two sleepy and pretty cranky little kids, and the front desk manager was very friendly and helpful. After we checked in and came to our room we found out that we had forgotten our toothbrushes, so I had to come down again to try my luck - and here they were! The manager gave us two adult toothbrushes (exactly what we asked for)! I’m surprised they even had those at hand, but they did, in the middle of the night, voila! Couldn’t be happier with the service. The corridors look on the older side, than the rooms are inside, due to old-fashioned couches. But the rooms are pretty close to what you expect from the hotel. My only wish as a mom of two would be a little cleaner floors, but you know how it is in the hotels. And the hot breakfast included in the price was a huge bonus, especially with the kids! The price was very competitive with another hotel across the street, this was the main reason why we chose Quality Inn, and we were not disappointed! If we happen to go to Vincennes again, we’ll come back here.”

“Super 8 Vincennes Indiana was the most dreadful experience my husband & I have ever gone through in the hotel industry that is - room was ok but when we noticed a/c was not working AT ALL notified front desk clerk Amanda (I remember this name because when you call the front counter this is the person you talk to that does not be too forthcoming to guests) concerning the issue only to in turn reply in a minute while shushing us this young lady was too busy propositioning another hotel guest AT THE FRONT COUNTER assuring this gentleman she will be in his room after she takes the breakfast bar down to see about his rusty pipes while holding this gentleman’s hand we waited in that lobby till time stood still she was only interested in the construction workers not our issue. Upon returning from heat exhaustion in our rooms she was coming from another room 3 doors down from ours following yet another gentleman showing affection upon leaving we asked again about our room only to be ignored while I had no idea this type of disrespect in a business establishment still exhisted. Needles to say our next trip from Oregon WILL NOT BE AT THE SUPER 8!Noteworthy details: Super 8 the hotel itself as a whole has a numerous of things right but as its down when it comes to they’re staff I would say they have the ABSOLUTE WORST FRONT DESK !”
