I went there and it wasn't great. I was a walk-in. The woman on the phone was hanging up on me when I was asking questions. I wanted to make sure we could get in and stuff. We ended up staying 3 almost 4 hours. It didn't really bother me much because I understand booked people have appointments but I was told they take walk-ins. Also I feel like they just were highly judgemental. I traveled there because I don't live there. So it was either gonna cost me gas if I left or i would just stay and slowly let everyone who has an appointment go and then try to do mine. Which I understand. I am also a talkative person when I am nervous so I was asking a lot of questions. 1. Very rough day 2. New environment. So I was just squeezing into it in my schedule and I tried to explain it to that guy because I didn't wanna be on my phone and ignore him then there would be a mess up. Which the nails were honestly good. They where put on they look amazing. I just felt like they were highly judgemental and everyone who had an appointment waited way after there appointment time. It's either they need to schedule later with people or do less people a day. I saw most of the people wait an hour or two after there appointment and then they spent like an hour doing the nails. Which I was told that they didn't have all the staff in so I understand. Things do come up but if someone is calling you on the phone don't hangup when you are done talking hangup when they are or they hangup. I was trying to see if I would need to get more money. I paid for two people me and my mom. It was 95 dollars for two full sets and I was on a budget so I couldn't tip because that's all I had in my Bank account which I am highly sorry to them for not. I normally have enough but I didn't know how much it would cost and was told 45 each and I didn't know that longer nails there cost 10 extra bucks. Which I had to pull out of my boyfriend's bank account and it took him switching it over and the guy was kind of rude about it. He kept asking me if I had enough money and I said "holdup I gonna try. Which I know I can pay". Also I felt bad not tipping and I was moving alot and stuff because 1. The seats are uncomfortable 2. I was there 4 or more hours 3. It was a new environment 4. I felt the old guy was highly judgemental and rude to people. The younger guy wasn't terrible but I felt uneasy about him more over judgemental. Like that's fine I got I wasn't a great client cause I kept moving and he was there from 9 am to 8 pm or more and he probably was really working a lot and now a random person is just asking him questions to break the ice and it is like tiredness. this isn't really about him. The older guy the whole time only took 3 clients and the younger one took a bunch. Also had two random walk ins. I do like the nails really much and they are perfect.

Went here when I was younger and it was always a pleasure. Came a couple months ago and got my first set and they were good ? Jo is always so nice !!! Pretty chill environment anytime I am in there! (I’ve only ever had nails done by Jo so can’t speak on other artists)

Wife got a mani pedi they didn't take care of her cuticles but the nails still looked phenomenal I got a mani pedi the guy did a fantastic job

Highly recommend. Jo is the best she and her staff are very friendly and understanding. They are the one of the cheapest and the best I've found that still loves doing there jobs and treats their customers amazing.

They messed up the nails didn't allow my mothers nails to dry properly and then when we went back in to get them fixed she wouldn't fix them and had a rude attitude with my mother, then she proceeded to talk about my mother to another client, very unprofessional and will not be going back thereServices: Waxing
