Recently switched auto and homeowners insurance companies. We were very displeased with our previous company. I called and asked for Erica's email address I sent her my information. She had questions for me and within minutes I had a money saving quote. I emailed 4 insurance agents in town that day. Erica was very prompt and informative and in no time at all We were covered. Simplest I have ever done anything like that in my life. It was a very good experience

We liked that we could go into and talk to Brian one on one. He was very quick in getting our Medicare supplement (Eerie) applications filed and the response of acceptance was all completed within a week. Brian was very knowledgeable in explaining what the best plans were for us. This small town insurance business I highly recommend to anyone. Positives: affordable, Erica remembers you when you come in. Easy to work with on payments, especially with financial hardship... if you call them.Negatives: if you move to a state that they can't cover you in and you don't keep copies of documents, that apparently need to be notorized to be official, that you sent them to cancel your insurance they will renew your insurance at your old address instead of your new, non-coverable address. Huge headache.So if you don't ever plan on moving out of Vincennes, IN... great keep them. If you plan on moving, plan on your credit taking a hit if you do business with them.Insurance... legalized racketeering.
