My sister decided to use them when she moved up from Texas. Get over to help her and the code they gave her to get in was wrong, the combination to get into the unit was wrong. Tried getting ahold of someone to help no one to help even in their office hours. When we finally did get someone they weren't much help other than saying we can't do anything and we will email someone

I like they’ve setup 24 hour VA surveillance and have a key entry access gate. I’ll rent at this storage facility knowing my items are being protected.

The unit we rented had cockroaches like crazy. Used it for 5 days and had to spray everything and throw some things out.

My unit is very nice. It is only a 5x10 but it does exactly what I need it to. I really like that they have a gate, and you need a 5 digit code to access it.
