This place is terrible. Use usps flat rate boxes when u can. The other day i got a price to ship something. I went home, got the ok from the buyer . Went back :0Minutes later , to the same male cashier , and it was $3 more. I said i was just here , why did it go up $3. ? His answer ? " i dont know. Yesterday got a price from a female cashier of $30 , today i went back to ship it after getting paid by customer , i got the male again and it was $54. I said it was $30 yesterday and all i did was shrink wrap it. He said who told u that?? I pointed to the girl cashier, (who suddenly very busy) and He said , well its not in a box . I shrink wrapped it just like i told the girl yesterday i was going to , the plastic cant add $24 to the price? " i dont know, maybe if u put it in a box". A box is only going to make it bigger! I left. If this sounds familiar its because i left a review about a guy at the usps who screwed me like this out of $100, but he got fired for stealing.

Drove to location on a Saturday at 2:30. Sign on door temporarily closed. So much for convenience nobody wants to work since covid. It's all online now stores are a thing of the past too bad.

Stopped by to ship a package and needed help with insurance options, packaging and signatures- Ashley was fantastic. Walked me through everything and even though the store was busy, seemed to care about making sure my package was shipped safely and cost-effectively.

Talk about a terrible experience. I went up send back an item and since this is something FedEx does well I chose them. I approach the counter to begin the transaction and the woman who is being very polite is so slow that it seems as if she's not really experienced. As she goes about the task, another customer comes in. She stops what's she's doing for me and proceeds to take care of him. Ok. Another customer comes in and again she stops to " quickly " help him. Now I'm getting annoyed but she returns to help me when a woman who was at the back of the store comes to the counter and proceeds to dump all of her things for the FedEx employee to process for her. I ask what is she doing and shouts at me ( not the FedEx employee but the Karen) that she has been there for an hour I tell the FedEx employee that she has now stopped my shipping order 3 times as she continues with the Karen who says I'm being rude. Well I didn't just walk over and interrupt her but that's Karen being so Karen. Honestly the failure to make my bad experience falls completely on the FedEx employee who kept letting me feel like I was invisible. Never going here again

LACK OF INTEGRITY: the counter person overcharges or charges for items without asking if u want to buy them. For example, "i can help you with that-meaning printing a label. Then they sneak in "oh do u want a regular envelope or a padded envelope? oh of course a padded envelope seems more secure but you are not told that its an extra charge! Then they say "oh there aren't any back here(meaning the free ones behind the counter) i will grab on from the rack..the one that is an extra charge --never stating that its extra! Goes ahead uses it..charges for it and never even thinks twice about..I am working and was in a rush but this fedex office problems. i checked my receipt and saw it!

I use this FedEx location a ton for both personal and professional shipping and printing needs. Every person who works there is always extremely helpful, friendly, and professional when I go to ship or utilize the printing services at this location.

Yeah no. Got there at 5 minutes before 6 with a package that's all ready to go. As I'm backing up to unload it the guy inside shuts the lights off. Ummmm it says you're open till 6. This is the last straw with me and FedEx. Had a problem last year with some stuff I was trying to ship out for Christmas. They sucked then too. I'm done with them. UPS gets my business from now on.
