I have used the Versailles Post Office multiple times, and the staff has always been extremely helpful and friendly.

Rude staff---completely unhelpful, unwelcoming, and discourteous. The old lady manning the counter is impatient and rude, and doesn't seem to enjoy actually doing her job in the slightest. I've asked friends and neighbors about their experiences with this post office and all had similar feedback. You need to hire some staff who don't seem to hate their customers!

Driver I have is lazy, won’t get out of the jeep to drop off my package, had no idea where it was because he didn’t leave a first attempt notice. Has happened a few times. I was home the day he supposedly attempted to leave it with no response which is funny because I watched at the mailbox and he never got out? Not the only person this has happened to and I can never get my complaints to go through.

The only experience i have so far with the USPO of Versailles you apply for a safety reason for what ever Valuable packages that I want to be picked up at the Post office and not here or my Address because of the Drugs and Violence on this Tanglewood Property that we have So Often and When it gets Stolen it's a lot of hard ways of getting it back and making the Postal carrier to be responsible for the Package but "No It's called what the the Customer's apply for from the begin with when its High lighted on a piece of Paper" for them at work and for them to see n Read before hitting the Mail route in the area of our Community and.That's my Experience over the Years with the USPO or Versailles..Ty Godbless

Rude, lazy, and careless. The pinnacle of government employment. Drives are far too lazy to drop something off at your front door, they say the ring the bell but never leave their truck and take your mail and do it day after day. Absolute joke. Desk employees don't give a damn about your mail or you getting it.

This is the worst post office I have ever dealt with you say something to post master he gets rude to you and acts like his mail carriers do no wrong...sorry not sorry they dont deliver mail on time if you get any at all..report mail carriers and mail stop coming mail box keeps getting knocked half over..one mail carrier sucks big time doesn't do their job on a timely manner rude and tells at people tries to knock mailboxes over for complaining about them...why does my mail have to go through them I live in holton state post master or whoever their boss is needs to come and take care of both post offices

They are very rude... and can never put mail in the right box. Aways getting some one else mail. And they don't deliver package on day it should be there per tracking number!!!! This USPS SUCKS!!!!!
