“This is an amazing little boutique full of bright and well made clothing! I love the feel as soon as you walk in the door! The shop owner, Dina, is so sweet and helps tailor the outfit choices to your personality. It is like a personal shopper! I highly recommend taking a few minutes to review her personal journal planners for the year too! They are amazing! I found out she created them herself!! I took a pic of my last haul!! [except the purple dress]”

“First off I want to acknowledge Melissa who works at Lane Bryant. She is a ? % Superstar☆ in Customer Service!!! I made an appointment with her and she was Amazing!!! She was so friendly and cheerful. She not only took the time to fit me for my perfect bras but also found me a Spectacular Summer Dress. They are Amazing?!!! When you Look Good you Feel Good. They are having such an Incredible Sale right now so I went back to stock up. They ended up ordering me a few things and are having them sent to me at no extra charge. I can not say enough about this store or the Steller Customer Service I recieved today. Thank you Melissa for you're Amazing Attention to Detail and your dedication to your job!!! You are the Best!!!! I would Highly recommend shopping at this store!!!”
“This store has a very nice layout and is super clean. I picked out a few items and also had a return(I thought I could do it all at once at the checkout), after waiting in line at the checkout, was told to go to the back of the store to process my return and that she would be able to check me out as well. No biggie, went to the back of the store, did my return and then another lady was waiting behind me and I asked if I could quickly checkout to avoid walking back up to the checkout and having to wait again in line. The lady who had processed my return did not seem very happy that I was back there to begin with- I didn’t hold it against her, everybody has bad days but when I asked if she could quickly ring me up, she replied in a snarky tone “No because there’s someone else behind you now” as if it was my fault. I blew it off since Mouna at the checkout was very helpful and gave me a 25% off coupon and apologized for the inconvenience. I’m not one to write reviews at all but I feel like if you have a customer service job, you should have good customer service skills. Thank you anyways Mouna at the checkout, very nice and super helpful! And to the lady at the back of the store processing returns- maybe you should bring a snickers bar to work next time.”
