I ordered a 6 foot sub for Christmas Eve. Went to pick it up, they stated they gave it to someone else who signed for it. Disgusted!! Do not order their catering for a special event before the same thing happens to you. Incompetent people!

At 7:45 this morning I asked the girl in the deli if they carried a specific product. She said, “Yeah, we open at 8am”. God forbid she break the rules to help a customer. Customer service apparently is a thing of the past.

Used the pick up grocery service only to get $20 worth of various baked goods that expire the very next day. I am not WALMARTs dumpster. I'll never shop at Walmart again, ever. I called corporate office the refunded my money for all the baked goods. Tried to call and talk to manager of store only to get unwanted advice. Called the manager over the Walmart shoppers only to get an attitude and told that she did have to listen to me bashing her workers.I've had it!!!! I'll take my business some where else that not trying to get rid of their rubbish.

Poorly managed. Let's be honest, sports cards and Pokémon are the latest craze. 99% of Walmart's have put limitations on purchasing amounts. This location has not. They let a group of about 7 men/boys stalk the lady who puts the cards out. They watch her As she's putting up the cards and then ravage every single pack of cards she just put out. Does your kid want some Pokémon cards for their birthday? Nice try! These psychos are hoarding them to resell. Your kid a big fan of football? Pay the price! It's unbelievable how little this store cares about the safety of their workers or even the people trying to buy them. There's a reason target stopped selling them. Once again, we're reminded why people make fun of Walmart.

Customer serviced sucked harder than my step sister. Very impolite and never spoke a word. Stupid broad said we looked over 40 and didn't ID us for the alcohol we bought!! I will definitely be driving further versus coming to this Walmart. Never again!!!!

April 2021 - My 84 year old father-in-law made the mistake of taking his truck to Walmart to air up his tire but the tire was too damaged and became flat. Although his truck was only 6 feet from the Tire Center garage door the STAFF refused to assist him. Why? You might ask, they claim his truck was not in view of the security cameras. I located cameras all over this area and so that seems to be a false claim at the very least. They are apparently not allowed to work outside the view of security cameras. We were happy to assist him and brought a 3 ton jack with us to finish the job. At one point, we asked to borrow a hex wrench to remove a lug nut cover but all assistance was refused. My wife had to go inside and purchase a new set. I can't remember how many thousands of dollars I have spent at this location but those days are over. I don't understand a corporate policy that does not encourage employees to help an elderly person in a stressful situation. I have always admired Valparaiso and considered it to be a place with strong Christian values. Not today...

Since this so called "virus" was announced by the government, not only have I notice but several other people have also noticed that Walmart in every location seems to be the main store that has continued to be out of everything a customer can need, including things that have nothing to do with the made up virus. Now Walmart has decided that they want to make things even harder on the customers so they've decided that they are going to keep track of how many customers go in and out of their store. If that isn't bad enough, now they are making the customers wait in line, outside in the cold, until they feel enough people have come out of the store before they will let more people in the store. Well, my husband and I have decided that we are done being the puppets to Walmart, the puppet master. We have decided that we would rather go to a store, Meijer and Costco, and pay a little more for the products we need and be treated like our business matters to these two stores rather then continue going to Walmart where we never know from one minute to the next if we're going to have to jump through even more hoops to get the items we need. My husband and I use to spend a lot of money every week at Walmart but starting today we have and will continue to take our business elsewhere. Even if it cost a little bit more. I'd rather pay a little more and feel appreciated and get the items we need and want rather then save a few bucks and be treated like I'm nothing more then a puppet and that my business to Walmart means nothing to them. See ya Walmart. Me and my family won't be going back!!! And I will tell other how I feel and ask all my family and friends to boycott Walmart for good!!! If I could give Walmart ZERO stars I would but it won't let me.

It used to be such a better store. The manager needs to be moved. We used to have such a beautiful store filled with happy people. Now we are getting an inner city store filled with miserable people. Your team is split into two groups. One group of angry people who are miserable working or the other group of people who are saying forget it and just letting life and stuff happen. However both of these catagories of floor and register people are far superior to those in the customer service area. That is another book though and things won't change with them till a real store manager leaves their office and actually visits the store.

Came here for an in-store pickup. Waited over 30 minutes along with 3 trips to the service desk before the service desk lady decided she would TRY to help me. First time doing a pickup here and it will be my last!

I recommend that you clean your restrooms at night when no one is in the store.
