Slow, slow, slow.. When they're not slow they don't have what you need and expect you to drive 20 miles to whatever location they send it to or wait a week to get it.

Made an APPOINTMENT for a flu shot. Waited in line for 15 mins, I get told they will bring me paperwork. Sat and waited 30 more minutes with my 7 year old to be told they forgot about getting my paperwork and now the computers are not working and to come back another day.... waste of time. Huge waste of time.

Arrived to the store expecting a smooth transaction was met with some abrasive behavior from Jessica at the Tech counter. Update - Glad she was taken care of. I will be returning.

First time visiting this Walgreens. Being a 24 hour Walgreens I only popped in to pick up my prescription after 1am. Staff was friendly, the pharmacist was also friendly, and the store was clean. Overall great first visit

We rarely visit this location. Rob, the store manager, was our cashier today. He was so engaging, happy, and pleasant. Walgreens is lucky to have him.

Cashier at this location is the rudest person I have ever encountered at a store. I observed her be rude to the 3 guests in line in front of me and then also while she rang me out. Whoever you have working today at 2:30 PM at this Walgreens should not be working here. I will never visit this location or patronize this business again because of this employee!

They have one of the most judgemental and stuck up cashiers I've ever met. Always in a bad mood.always unpleasant to interact with. It's like I'm interrupting her personal life. Shes genuinely complacent when it comes to her job.

Awful,awful experience from the pharmacy here. I dropped off a prescription for my daughter for toothpaste. We had just come from the dentists office across the street, and I thought it would be convenient to just get it there. WRONG!!! They were very busy. I was patient and did not complain. However, when I got to the drive up window, the girl running the drive thru (blonde college looking girl) was busy doing 1000 other things. Again, I understood. Spent a good 5 min watching this girl bounce back and forth,yet didn't even get so much as a "hi,I'll be right with you!". Nothing. Ok. She finally gets around to waiting on me,I turned in the script. No charge, come back in 1 1/2 hours. For prescription toothpaste?!? Ummm ok. Came back around 45min later, and explained that I live in another town and would like to get my rx sooner if possible. It wasn't ready,so the girl got it for me. Said cost was $32. But I was told insurance covered it earlier! This girl had the nerve to tell me to try going to CVS and see if they could process it. NO. My daughter gets all of her prescriptions through Walgreens (she's handicapped), and I wasn't about to drive all around town. Asked the girl to return my prescription so I could deal with it later. She tells me no, it's already scanned into the system! I asked again, PLEASE return my script. She did. Next day, I went to a local pharmacy in my town, and the rx was COVERED IN FULL 0 CHARGE. Someone at Walgreens wasn't doing their job,or didn't know how to,apparently. Something that should've 15 min cost over an hour of my time. taken I will never be back to this location again!!!

I've been waiting in the parking lot since 8 pm & it's 845 & they said that they JUST got all of my medication requests? 2 of the 5 came through right away though? Then I'm told it will be ANOTHER HOUR before it's all ready. And the one medication that would actually give me relief, they're out of!**EDIT... Their tech, Abby, was extremely kind to me & made sure to get my medications filled as soon as the system generated them. She tried to get the text alerts to work. She knew they didn't so she actually called me instead.

I have gone to this Walgreens a handful of times when my preferred store is out of an item... I dread it everytime. They make up rules as they go. None of the staff has the same information or training on basic policies. 9 times out of 10 I have to call customer service to fix something on a transaction.
