However, some customers have had less positive experiences, particularly with a pharmacist named Courtney, who is described as unfriendly and having an obvious attitude. Customers understand that the pharmacy can be busy, but feel that Courtney's behavior is unacceptable and that Walgreens should address this issue. Overall, the Walgreens pharmacy is viewed as a top-notch establishment, with the majority of customers having positive experiences, especially when dealing with the friendly and competent staff. However, the pharmacy could improve its customer service by addressing the concerns raised about the less-than-friendly pharmacist.
Tatooed lady very condescending and uninterested in customer service. Take one look at her-- Does she really care about anybody but herself? VERY unprofessional. First time I was in there--couldn't believe that somebody that looked like that and acted like that was actually working there.

I feel like it’s not difficult to be nice to customers when they call in. Just. Be. Kind. You don’t know what people are going through.Usually I think this pharmacy is top-notch but I was disappointed in the pharmacist this evening when I called being short with me on the phone.
