Every time I come to this location most of the staff lacks simple knowledge and provides false information. I have more success simply calling Verizon or using the app myself.I asked if I could reduce my bill since I did not use most of my bundle add-ons and they told me I would lose the benefits of the plan entirely. Wrong. I just canceled the add-ons online and still obtain the same plan. $20 saved.I then asked if my company offered a discount and instead of directing me on how to find out if they participated. They simply replied they wouldn’t be able to tell me and it’s something I find out through my employer. Wrong. It’s online and you simply put your work email to see if you qualify for the discount. 20% saved off my bill.Don’t waste your time.For the amount you pay for Verizon, the staff should be more willing to help the customer. Ridiculous.

A friend of mine, who is a senior citizen and not tech savvy, was totally ripped off by this store! His iPhone 6 died about a year ago and when he walked in to get assistance, they took full advantage of him. They sold him a "brand new" iPhone 8 for $500!!!! OMG!!! An iPhone 8!!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS STORE!!! They will rip you off every chance they can!! They are NOT to be trusted!! JUST AWFUL!!!

I was over charged and tried to be refund the extra charge. The staff handle the situation and gave me the impression that I would get all money back. Instead, I got passed on to other departments. In the hope I will give up on my extra charge for three years.Verizon talks about integrity and professionalism.

Came in on 12/23 and worked with Lorenzo, Was lied to about trade in promotions. Was lied to about XBox promotion with Home Internet. Was lied to about a "free month" with Home Internet. Was promised by Ken that forms would be filled out to correct all of this. No follow up from him. Store manager John reached out via email and then stopped responding as I explained my issues. Had to go to a store in Illinois to learn that I had been taken advantage of by this staff.

I went there a little after noon, on my day off, in negative degree weather, and the store was closed with no reason given, despite the store advertising itself as open. I even tried calling ahead and it kept sending me through automated prompts that have nothing to do with picking up my order or information regarding the store being closed.

Went into the store to get info about internet and the guy who helped us lied and told us we could get the Xbox promo by ordering in store and could save us $10 by changing our plan only to find out him changing our plan would cost us $25 more. Found out they make commission so he lied to make extra money, be careful

Showed them my phone and asked if the ear phones would work with what I had. It didn't. Now I have to figure out how I w to get there to take it back. More of my time wasted! Thanks, helpful Verizon person! Thanks for nothing!!

AWESOME! Internet reception is amazing!! Plugged in & immediate connection. Why did we wait 6 months to switch from Frontier (which the reception is awful). Staff was very friendly & knowledgeable! Thank you from Verizon customers of 26 years

Matt was FANTASTIC!! Despite over hearing he traded shifts with a coworker bc he had plans and was supposed to get off at 5:30, he patiently to care of us until 7pm!! No rush, no impatience, no frustration!! OUTSTANDING customer service!! We couldn't have asked for a better rep than Matt!! Thank you sooooo much!! Be blessed

Long wait to get served but the staff are friendly and very thorough once they assist you. I had some requests that I thought were kind of weird but they took care of everything I needed.
