Came in on 12/23 and worked with Lorenzo, Was lied to about trade in promotions. Was lied to about XBox promotion with Home Internet. Was lied to about a "free month" with Home Internet. Was promised by Ken that forms would be filled out to correct all of this. No follow up from him. Store manager John reached out via email and then stopped responding as I explained my issues. Had to go to a store in Illinois to learn that I had been taken advantage of by this staff.

I was in to pay a a bill for where I work, The manager checked me in then went to the back of the store. I sat and waited for 30 minutes for a customer service representative to become free to help me. The manager had to walk the customer service representative through the process of paying the bill. He could have done this right away instead of making me wait for 30 minutes to have a representative to be come free to wait on me. The manager kept going to the back of the store not helping customers. A true managers steps in and helps customers when there is no staff that is free to help.

Dropped calls in my house! I stand up from a chair and my call is gone. I walk into the kitchen my call is gone, I move the phone from my ear the call is gone. What is going on? Verizon used to be so good around here now it stinks!

I just wanted to commend one of the employees at this location for a great experience I had today. I'm in town visiting my parents and inquired about upgrading my phone. Jack was the associate who helped me and he was friendly, knowledgeable, patient and very kind. Ultimately, I decided to wait to upgrade until I was back home in Chicago but Jack took his time explaining all the questions I had and I appreciate his helpfulness so much.

While being "helped" by an associate, she kept checking her two mobiles devices that were on the table,next to her. When they were not pinging with a notification, this person kept checking the screen. Literally, the whole time we were asking about phones and data plans. All other associates were giving their customers their undivided attention.

Went in today for a phone upgrade. Waited about 15 minutes because there were guests before me, sometimes that happens Karen, your not always number 1. Gentlemen sat me down, got my information, figured out what I wanted and got me out of there. None of the sales gimmick BS, no trying to milk my monthly bill, just straight business. I can't remember the guys name but he was no none sense and a breath of fresh air honestly. It's always going to a place like this and not getting fed line after line about how you NEED this 400 dollar vibrating ear tickler for absolutely no reason or that my plan is "old and you should upgrade to our 900 dollar a month plan". Keep it up, don't let Dan bring you down!

Horrible customer service. We went in on Saturday and they have 2 people working with customers, and more customers waiting. There were at least 2 people in the back who would pop out for a second and go back to the back. This is not the first time this has happened. They never seem to have enough staff to handle their customers. We walked in and about 10 minutes later someone from the back came out and checked us in and said there was 1 person ahead of us. We waited for about 30 minutes, and those 2 employees were still working with the customers. Someone came by and asked our name, then told us there were 2 people ahead of us. We told her we were told just 1 person was ahead of us. She said a customer with an appointment just arrived. We were there to buy 2 apple watches and some accessories. We left and will buy our items on line.

When I get a new phone I typically go to a Verizon store to get it set up. This is my first time at this one specifically and they charge to set it up and to put on the screen protector purchased through verizon

Customer service is amazing here. The employees take their time with customers and truly give them the best service. My phone has been having issues for over a month and after getting a replacement the problem still wasn't fixed. The service specialists there spent nine hours over the course of two days looking in to every tiny detail of my phone and service and talking to technical support with me. Fixing my phone was not the easiest process but they did it. John, Craig, Ken and Rafu did an amazing job and I cannot thank them enough for everything they did!!

Don't go to this store it's a waste of time and money. I was a loyal customer for four plus years but left this business after I was disappointed and disrespected by their customer service department. They claim to be a corporate store but they don't have the resources to do anything.! They don't even have the resources to reset a pin. I was level headed when I talked to the store manager about all the issues I was having, but he was too busy to help me out so after 5 minutes he passed my issues to an associate. The associate tried to help, but was unsuccessful. So after one hour I was done with them, I walked out of the store. The associate apologized (he was actually a nice person)but the manager was no where to be found as I was leaving the store ha. keep In mind two days before this issue I spent 6 hours with them trying to get my account reactivate. Long story short I was approved for a business account and within less than 12 hours I was shut down by the customer care department and the fraud department. It took forever to get my account back to a consumer account, it was a joke . Lost a day of work and cell service.

this location deserves no stars. i waited 15mins before anyone even checked me in. a couple walked in and was helped right away. i intervened and excused myself to let john know he had customers waiting before the couple he was helping. he rudely said he was goin to come over to us but continued to assist the couple. there were employees walkn around goin back and forth to the back employees door.

Not only was this the last transaction for me at this location, but might be my last phone through Verizon. - Newly renovated which is great and all but NOTHING is labeled outside of the basic brand name. No pricing. Most phones weren't labeled on the back. - Its impossible to get a feel for the phone since they have such bulky security measures on them. - The rep we dealt with was not helpful beyond going to get the box. Didn't offer any information on the differences between phones. Was dismissive of any questions. Sorry we aren't all tech people, we take care of our phones so they last, and we don't constantly have to get the brand new thing. So yeah, we're a couple of generations behind. - With the new layout there isn't a "front counter", all of the employees that didn't have a customer with them were just sitting around on their devices in the middle of the store. Felt like we were in their clubhouse and didn't belong. Not a good feel. Store has fallen WAY off! Verizon needs to change their verbiage on what an "upgrade" is. Before it knocked the price down on your phone with a contract. Now you get to pay $40 on top of the cost of a phone to "upgrade".

The Verizon representatives are so misleading, we were lied to about fees, we bought 2 cell phones and added a landline, the landline was suppose to be 20.00 per month. When we went to have it disconnected that's when we found out we were being charged 45.00 per month on top of the 20.00 for a data package, my landline isn't capable of texting or going on the internet, when I questioned this, the rep said I should have paid closer attention, also my husband served military and honorable discharge in the early 70s, they had us bring his papers said we would get a 10 percent discount, we never did, why take his info, that has me concerned, lastly they kept charging us from Facebook, I disputed the charges, I even contacted Facebook who confirmed my phone was never charged any charges from them. So I don't know which made the mistake, I will never use Verizon again, just because I'm a senior citizen does not mean I will sit quietly while you get away with this, yes you got away with it, nothing I can do but spread the word to others, your a horrible company, train your reps so they are held accountable when this happens ,

Actually they signed our company up for 4 jetpacks without anyone's authorization. That is theft. It is has been 45 days and still hasn't been resolved
