The girls are very professional. Do you know what they’re doing? They give good advice, however, they have no bedside manner but then again, that is our qualification for Job.

I took my German Shepherd in yesterday, we called at 8 am when they opened to get an quick appointment do to a critical issue. Dr. Sheller saw us right away and did a blood test, urine test and ultrasound. It was Saturday so she explained that the " they would call me with the blood test results on Monday", she knew I was anxious for the results! Today, on Sunday, the very next day she was considerate enough to call me with the results on a day the clinic is closed. She took time to explain and answer my questions. Not many vets would take time on their day off on a Sunday....I do appreciate her going the extra mile! Thank you Dr. Sheller! It's now three days later, my German Shepherd did have a tumor on his spleen ,they got me in yesterday, Dr Brent was great explaining the ultrasound while we watched, Dr Sheller was also kind enough to be present and cared, Dr Rodenbarger was his surgeon and my personal vet, he was also in the room during the ultrasound. They all collaborated and Dr. Rodenbarger did the surgery immediately, Dr Brent kept us updated regularly ! Dr.Rodenbarger spoke with us right after the surgery and explained everything with detail and care!. My dog is now home recovering, I can't explain in enough words how extremely caring, professional and fantastic All three vets were..!!!!! I have worked with many veterinary clinics in my lifetime, nothing compares to Val Park and their vets, they have Not forgotten how much we all love our pets! Thank you from the bottom of my ? Beth Villarreal and Zeik? ?

Friendly… but they seem clueless. Took my adopted (feral) cat in. And they said everything was great… did no tests… he wasn’t fine. I have a very sick kitty. First visit. More recent, they have found issues like worms etc. But I’m pretty sure he has more going on. Will update.

Knowledgeable vets. I called in for my cat having a flare up, from a disease she has that affects 3 of her organs. My cat was throwing up and not eating. They got me in the same day. They care.

I love Dr. Mary Ann Sheller. I call her a ‘no bones about it’ doctor. She doesn’t run unnecessary tests and takes care of business.

I’m traumatized by what I just experienced here. Ive been a customer for years and never had a bad experience until now. Recently adopted a cat, brought him in for a well check and it turned out he was diabetic. Obviously I know nothing about caring for a diabetic pet but was willing to learn. I went in for a demonstration on how to do his injections and did exactly as the vet techs showed me. Thought I was good to go. 3 days later I found out they told me to give him 10 times the amount of insulin as I should have been giving. Of course he went hypoglycemic and we had to bring him to the emergency vet. They managed to save his life but unfortunately he is now blind and has to take anti seizure meds most likely for the rest of his life. When I spoke to them about what had happened, she basically accused me of lying about what happened at the demonstration. Either her two vet techs flat out lied or thought they were doing correctly. Either way it’s bad. 3200 dollars at the emergency vet, vale park gave me 1500.. and a now blind cat. Needless to say I will be searching for a new vet. Thankfully the emergency vet gave me all the knowledge I need going forward.

Here is why I love Vale Park. I love Vale Park for the compassionate vet tech's, vet's, vet assistants, front desk, pharmacy, daycare and anyone else I missed. Every time I have taken my dogs there, they have been the absolute best. One time, my dog Ross was not feeling well at all and was shaking really bad so they immediately got a bandana with lavender (I think) on it to help him. Dr. Rock has seen both of my dogs since they were puppies. I recently moved and was at my wits end about my sick dog as my vet in my new state was too busy to give me a call back so I reached out to my tried and true vet here at Vale Park and of course, Dr. Rock called me and was able to help me even states away. I could not ask for a better Vet office and a better vet. Nothing makes me more nervous than when my dogs are sick and I can't get any answers or help.
