They have vacuums, sewing machines, parts and service. Very kind and polite. Everything is reasonably priced, and usually has parts hard to find.

I called to get a price on a vacuum cord replacement and was told $40. The vacuum is a less than 2 month old Hoover Windtunnel. When I brought the vacuum into the shop I was told the price would be $80. I declined on this crazy price as the vacuum was about $180 brand new on Amazon and felt like charging 45% of the total cost just to replace the cord was ridiculous. He then offered to buy the vacumn for $10. Really, I guess if I’m being robbed I’d prefer a gun to my head to get the full effect. No stars would be a more appropriate review.

I have tried to contact this company several times I am beginning to think they don't exist. So sad to have their company pop up on a search and can't reach them. Seeing some reviews, probably don't want to do business with this place.

Took a Brother Serger machine in. Took over 2 months to get it back. I called and called, the owner never answer, he had even given me his cell phone number which I left messages on. Sad when I have to talk to his wife to find anything out. The parts cost $54, the total bill $207.78. Not how you run a business. Will never be back or define not tell people to go there for business.
