Buyers Beware.....My husband and I had a poor experience at Tudor with a very unprofessional sales woman. We wanted to purchase carpeting for our downstairs of our home. We were looking for a low pile carpet that would not show vacuum marks. The sales woman who never introduced herself showed me some carpeting similar to Berber but upgraded that she claimed had a 10 year warranty. My first question was what does the 10 year warranty cover especially if the carpet threads pull. Her answer was I really don’t know warranties but went to look it up. She printed off some info for my husband but said she was sure if threads pulled the whole carpet in the room would be replaced and nobody has ever had any issues. My husband kept pursuing an answer which started to annoy her. My husband kept looking through the info and found the warranty would only replace the section of the carpet where the thread was pulled. In other words Tudor would replace a section that would be a different lot and not match. When it was pointed out to the sales woman she was incorrect she made a smart comment at my husband maybe we shouldn’t get carpeting since this was such an issue. The issue was she didn’t know the product and giving us misleading info. So we had enough of her attitude and left telling her she needed to work on her customer service skills and professionalism. Her only comment was Have a Good Day. We ended up going to Von Tobels and had all our questions answered and dealt with a professional. Sorry Tudor you missed a deal for thousands of dollars because of the ignorance of your employee. So going forward consumers ask questions before buying.

We want people to know if you are looking for great products and amazing service you won’t need to look any further than Tudor Floors and More!A few months ago we remodeled our bathroom in our primary bedroom. Picking out the countertops, tile, flooring, and cabinetry was a wonderful experience due to the abundance of products from which to choose. We also appreciated the expert advice from the knowledgeable staff at Tudors!Now that our bathroom is completed we couldn’t be happier. Everything exceeded our expectations. We’ve included a few photos of our finished bathroom.Finally, Tudors is a wonderful find for any remodeling you need done!!Don and Jinny Przybylinski

Tudor and Mark there carpet installer are the best in the area. Their price for pad, carpet and install was so reasonable that I didn't even shop around for a better price. There installer mark is a carpet artist who loves making your home look good. And Stephanie our sales person and her staff are friendly and helpful. You need not go any farther than tudor carpet one. For floor coving. Thanks all from clay and susan.

Big selection of carpeting. Frieda helped us select the perfect carpeting for our needs. Received a call to schedule the install shortly after ordering. The installer did a wonderful job. I would definitely use them again.

Tudor is amazing! Their installer Ray did a fantastic job laying our new porcelain kitchen tile and Kari helped design an entire new kitchen for me. I literally cannot say enough good things about Tudor and their staff.

We had Tudor replace our kitchen, small hallway and half bath. Our experience with Tudor makes me question why there are other flooring dealers in the area. They simply cannot be better at their jobs. Amazing work.Everyone we met did whatever they could to help us get what we wanted be happy with the entire experience.To ensure a happy installation, have salt water taffy handy!Seriously, wherever you go, it won't be better than Tudor.Can I give them 10 stars?

It seems that over the last 30 years, we've used Tudor Floors for our flooring needs. Although, they seem to move after each major purchase. Still convenient, easy to work with and decent prices.

Linda and I recently had new carpeting installed in our living room. The experience was fantastic. Stephanie was very easy to work with and helpful with information and selections. Jan was excellent with scheduling, and re-scheduling, due to OUR change of plans. And Mark, the installer, was very personable, respectful, and provided very high quality workmanship. We loved the whole experience!

This was our first experience with Tudor Floors when we decided to upgrade our home in the Fall of 2021. Sharon Tudor was very personable, professional, and answered all our questions. Sharon showed us many different types of flooring and carpet samples and helped us to decide on the carpet/flooring based on our needs and lifestyle. Communication was via both email and phone and each time our needs were met and or questions were answered. The installiation staff were very polite and respectfull when installing our new floors/carpeting. We plan on going back to Tudor Floors when we can update the other rooms in our house.

Tudors was such a great experience. From the first time I walked in and every time I emailed or called, I received prompt responses and great advice. The installers were respectful and made the day fun. Their work was so incredibly precise and we love it! The owner is so great at making her customers super happy!!
