“The staff here has absolutely wonderful! You could not ask for a nicer, more compassionate group of people who were willing to help out. Visit this place for their their mechanics, please. Their mechanics are apparently better than the ones that Uhaul pays to do their work. Our Uhaul experience was a NIGHTMARE from the begining, when we recieved a truck that had no antifreeze in it, and had a slow antifreeze leak the whole way. There was also a gas leak that cuased what should have been about a $400 trip to be about $750. Busy Bees mechanics took the truck, locked it out, and went over it thoroughly, and found damage that corroborated our experience. They helped us get in touch with the right people, and take the next steps. However, Uhauls mechanics found absolutely NOTHING wrong with the truck. So they'll be sending it back out into the world to screw someone else. *DO NOT RENT FROM UHAUL*”

“Literally ended up here 3 times in the last week with my dad while putting in this year's garden. They've actually got some pretty great plant options this year, and I love all the succulents. For once there actually haven't been many employees that I've seen though. The price of some of the tomato plants are a bit steep.”

I wish he would have warned me about the Merrillville location, the site says they accept after hours drop-offs, but they do not. I wouldn't have made this reservation if I had known that. I have no complaints about the Valpo location, but the website was very deceptive about Merrillville.”
