“This shop is absolutely amazing. They went above and beyond to assist me in getting my transmission rebuild done. I took my suburban to a shop down the road in Valparaiso and got ripped off and taken advantage of. I was very leary when dealing with John and Alex because of my past experience at the other shop. Both John and Alex were very understanding and went above and beyond to make my truck run and drive properly. I would highly recommend this shop for any and all you mechanic needs. Also let me add that they will give a great warranty and stand behind their work. Keep up the good work Alex and John!”

“This is my first experience with Sandberg's Towing. I needed my van towed to a transmission shop, and the shop's owner had Sandberg's handle the tow. The young man who was responding to the job had called me to give me an ETA. He arrived at the time he said he would. He was very friendly and seemed to have handled my van with care. I gave four stars because it was a straight-forward tow with no real concerns. I did not contract them, so I have no knowledge of their pricing. That being said, I would not hesitate to use them again in the future.”

Came right away but before I agreed to his service he was doing everything to help me to solve the problem on my own to save me the cost of service, never ever experienced anything like that. He came right away, it turned to be a minor thing and he also charged me the amount that was more than reasonable.Don't waste your time calling others, call him insteadThanks Shaun!”

“blew out both tires on some back road. this guy stayed on the phone with me until he found me. even with the difficulty in finding me I only sat half an hour. he was super friendly, got me to the repair shop i wanted, and asked me to let him know via a call when i was safe and sound at my hotel. i was three hours from home wirlth no chance of help except for a stranger. completely treated me like he knew me his whole life. if you are stuck call this company!”
