I've had two different vehicles serviced by tiny and I highly recommend this shop. I've had radiator, fuel pump,exhaust work done and not 1 complaint from me. He's fair and honest and you can't ask for much more than that

I am so thankful for Tinys quick work today! We took my husband's car in for an oil change and tire rotation, and wanted to book an appointment for my car as it was making noises and having brake issues just 2 months after we replaced the front brakes. Tinys fit us in this afternoon as they didn't want us to wait and continue to drive it. They found the issue and made the repair today so we could pick it up before closing tonight. Thank you so much, you all are wonderful to work with every time. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my car's maintenance.

The owner Mike is such a great guy. He really cares and is honest. I completely trust him and his crew with my vehicles. His pricing is fair and wont pressure you into fixing what ant broke, like some other places out there. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

I had my engine replaced on 3/4. Picked it up on 3/5 and had to take it back an hour and a half later because it was still running just as awful as it had been when I first took it in. After an hour they couldn’t figure out what was wrong with it and told me to drive it for a while to see if it would re-learn itself. So. Because they couldn’t figure out why it still wasn’t running right I decided to take it elsewhere (specifically to Kia in Highland) to have them check it out on 3/14. They came back with it needing a new motor mount put in which cost me nearly $500. Just this past week on 3/24 I took it to a garage I have trusted for the last 14 years and they had to do a throttle body clean out as a result of my check engine light suddenly turning on on 3/22. This cost me another $25. I emailed Tiny’s last night (3/26) about all of this (as well as some other cosmetic damage that was done to my car while they had it). Mike (the owner) called this morning and dismissed everything I had to say even after I had told him Kia and the other garage both had their mechanics telling me that they should be responsible for all of this additional work I’ve had to put into my car so far (key words so far) because these things are all things they should’ve been aware of prior to re-installing the new motor. Mike admitted my motor mount was showing sign of wear but nobody ever told me that until today (3/27) so I was never given the option to change it while they had my car the first time. My windshield wiper cowl was also damaged (a giant chunk is missing from it) when they removed my old motor (which I informed them of as soon as I noticed it the day I picked it up/took it back to them) and told Mike that’s another expense I will now have (approximately another $135 worth) and he again dismissed what I had to say about it. Then I found out they did unauthorized servicing to my AC compressor (I literally just found this out today 3/27 while on the phone with Mike) and now I am being told by another garage on Tuesday whether or not that is needing replaced due to the current issues my car is having specifically when I use any defrost mode. Is that another $850 I’m supposed to just eat on top of the other $510 dollars I’ve already poured into my car which, again, I have been told by other mechanics (including Kia themselves) they should’ve ultimately been responsible for? Mike treated me like an average, unintelligent woman who doesn’t know anything about cars but I’m not that woman. He didn’t seem to appreciate any of the input I had about all of this and certainly didn’t offer to give me any money back for these additional expenses I’ve incurred thanks to their screw ups. They should’ve at least admitted their mistakes and tried to make up for it somehow but I was just being treated like garbage the entire time I was on the phone so I’d finally had enough and hung up. If I were you, I’d steer clear of this shop and go elsewhere if you don’t want to go through the same unnecessary hassles I’ve had to go through in the 3 weeks I’ve had my car back.Service: Engine repair
