I had the best experience today getting my hair done! Carmen was my stylist today, I told her exactly what I wanted and showed her a picture of my vision. She nailed it and I couldn’t be happier with the results.
I have been looking for a good stylist to go to and I will definitely be back.

I was given a gift card to The Designer's Club and was excited to have a mom/daughter manicure. Unfortunately, it wasn't a good experience.
My daughter grew out her nails for a while in order to have long nails for her manicure. The nail tech asked my daughter if liked the length of her nails and she said "Yes!," yet the tech cut her nails very short. She was in tears! The "no chip" polish was also applied sloppily (see pictures) and up on her skin. Because of that, within an hour the "no chip" polish started coming off. I called and talked the manager, and she had us come back to get it redone (the same day). My daughter chose a different color of no chip polish. She wanted something more subtle than the original white, so that her short nails wouldn't be as noticable. My daughter loved the new color!! But, once again the polish didn't last. By the evening it was once again coming off. It caught on her clothes. Very frustrating.
I also got a manicure today, and it seems to be holding up okay. However, there is a slight gap on the tops of a few nails, so to me it looks like they are already growing out. The green color is also uneven. In the daylight, it is very noticable.
On a positive note, all of the staff was friendly and polite--even when we came back.
Update: two days later my nails have started coming off as well. See photo below. I washed my hands after cutting onions, and noticed it was starting to peel.

Very friendly staff. I didn’t have to wait long to see my hair stylist, Olivia. John the owner was friendly and very welcoming. The whole place is very open and welcoming in terms of decor. Definitely am coming back.

I cannot say enough good things about Designer’s Club. I scheduled pedicures for my mom and I, and they had the perfect set up. I have been a client of this salon for over 30 years. The owner, Carrie, is great to work with and I wouldn't go anywhere else for my perms. I have highlighted hair and the perm doesn't affect the texture of my hair at all. These perms are simply great. Carrie is a super stylist and her haircuts are truly awesome. I would recommend this salon for all there services.

My experience was not good even though they offered to fix color chose not to go back color was opposite of what I asked for cut was exactly what I said many times that I did not want would not go back or refer paid way to much and definitely tipped way to much

My partner and I came here for the first time and had an amazing experience!! Jill cut our hair and she’s absolutely fantastic, so sweet and took a lot of care into her craft. On one of my most recent visits to the Designers Club, I had a body wrap! Let me tell you, Elaine did an excellent job! I lost 13 and half inches in one treatment!! I was so excited to lose that much! I would highly recommend this experience! Also, the facial and chemical peels are wonderful as well! The skincare products are very beneficial and very gentle for sensitive skin! All in all the Designers Club is a great place!Services: Body waxing

I was visiting from out of town & chose this salon based on good reviews. While the salon was beautiful and clean and the staff friendly, you can see from the pictures why I am EXTREMELY disappointed with my “professional” manicure. What frustrates me even more is that I reached out to the salon privately to address the situation and received no reply. $40 + tip down the drain. Putting out more money to go to another salon so my nails look professional for an upcoming conference.
