They don't care they'll ignore your calls if they don't feel like doing anything

You can change your brand as much as you want, still won’t change the fact that TCU/ Everwise is by far the worst place my husband has ever had to deal with. As soon as rates drop we will be moving BOTH of our loans to a different bank. The representatives are the most rude people we’ve ever had to deal with, please do yourself a favor and RUN away from having to do any business with them.

You can change your branding, but we will always know you are the worst place to bank. I will close my accounts as soon as I select a new bank. Your service is the worst around. You are a joke as a credit union. You don't help anyone but yourself.

Great place to bank. The gang always calls me by name and is very friendly. Highly recommend them for mortgages or banking needs in general.

I've constantly had issues when I cash my paychecks. The tellers are always saying there are all sorts of new company policies.

I used to Like the TCU a lot. The fees are too high and I have lost interest in the credit union. I have switched to Chime bank and my Amex Prepaid card, Wow the savings are huge.
The service of the credit union were slow and outdated. I just feel I got let down.

Truly appalling service and even more concerning levels of poor organization from this company. I have been absolutely floored by the incompetence and inconsideration this company has exemplified. My husband's dilemma was a direct mistake of TCU and took initial effort, not of the company, but of the customer, to complain on social media to get any recognition. This completely unnecessary debacle had to be dealt with by a 28 year old son grieving the sudden death of his father. You should be totally ashamed. TCU transferred the loan amount of Nathan's deceased father's car into Nathan's name, but not the title, so Nathan owed TCU money, but couldn't drive the car. TCU f***** up this painful process so bad, a TCU agent had to physically go INTO a BMV branch to explain how they messed up so badly in order to get the title in Nathan's name. It took him complaining on FB to even get attention to the issue. He spent probably two months just being transferred around the company and being hung up on. So they took forever to finally get the title registered in his name (literal months) and the car just sat there and couldn't be driven. Since the car sat for so long, it has all these issues now and they refuse to give him any kind of compensation for repairs. No, I'm sorry, they offered him $200, which is a slap in the face.

I have been with them for 15+ years. Always great customer service. They are always friendly, and treat you with respect. Great rates on loans and credit cards. They could use a branch or 2 in Hobart/Merrillville area. That's my only complaint, having to drive so far to get to a branch. Online banking is great. Love this Credit Union.

Very helpful staff. MIL had been going here for years. They know her by name. Solid financial advice and references for tough questions.
