The optometrist gave me a very thorough eye exam. When I told her I had laser eye surgery in 2001, she said, "it was not available then". FYI the first laser eye surgery was performed in 1988. During the eye exam, she said I "have very bad eyesight". Yet eyeglasses were never prescribed. Because I'm old (95) I believe I was treated with disrespect and indifference.

Target optical is my favorite place to go. As someone with a difficult prescription, finding the right frames and making decisions can be tough. The staff here are always so kind and helpful. It’s honestly the best place to go!

I love the people that work here!! I have been going to Target Vision for the past 10 years.
The employees are friendly and helpful. There is very rarely any wait time.
I’ve always gotten compliments on my glasses and the doctors take time to answer questions and listen to my concerns.

My exam here was great. Dr Lorino was great, very informative and easy to talk to. John, the assistant manager, was super helpful and honest with helping picking out frames. Very happy with my visit!

Melissa and John were so helpful. I had some issues with my current frames and Melissa fixed it without a thought. They are both hilarious and enjoy their work. Doc was super nice, too.

Dr Baker was great. He answered all my questions and I didn’t feel rushed. Picking out new glasses was easy and the customer service team at the front were friendly and accommodating. Great experience all around.

Appointment at 9 am. The place was dark. The guys try at was in there said the doctor wouldn’t be there for 5 minute s and told me to walk around. I told him I had. I waited outside the optical place for 10 minutes when he turns the light on and tells me I can come in. Still waiting for the “doctor” to come in. I will not be back.

My whole family loves Target Optical. I wouldn't go anywhere else and I recommend them to everyone! Melissa (and all other front staff) is so helpful with choosing glasses and the administrative side of the process. Dr. Baker is very efficient and pleasant during the exam. He always explains his findings and answers any questions during the process.

Came for an eye exam. Also to get glasses and contacts. The second star is for the male employee because he was nice. The doctor gave me the wrong prescription. Worse he was late for my appointment. Doctor told me I had an oblique astigmatism which I didn't have. Said he had nothing for me and he'd have to order out. The second doctor I went to fit me for a contact the same day. Said nothing about a oblique astigmatism. He gave me a bifocal contact. They can keep their glasses too. The prescription is wrong so what good are they?
