Very friendly service, but my gel manicure was a disappointment. They were done in under 15 minutes. The gel was uneven and one of my nails was partially exposed/not painted to the extent that I had to ask that it be fixed (which I never never never never do) Wouldn’t come back here.

I'm a nail tech and didn't have time to do mine... This place was horrible. The floors are filthy. She did my gel toe polish change at the manicure station and had me hold my leg up... The polish was horrible. It's lumpy, uneven and streaky, she didn't buff my nails, it looks like a cheap polish that a kid would do. Didn't prime before the polish like you are supposed to. Will never come back, I'm sure this will all lift in a few days.

Welcome to my story time;
Came with my niece and mom for my BRIDAL SHOWER nails. I wanted a full set and pedicure, my niece (7) needed mani pedi with gel, my mom needed a fill in. Immediately upon entering I was asked “why are you here!?” I said we had appointments and she told me to sit in the chair she was in- it was turned sideways so I sat and put my hand to her. My mom was taken to another table across the salon- my niece was sitting behind me so I was watching her. The lady doing my nails told me “you need to turn to face me” so I did. She’s very rough, yanking my arm around and getting annoyed that I’m talking with my niece about our nail color. She said “what color and shape” I looked at their very small selection book and said I wanted sage green and white glitter with medium coffin shape and that my niece was matching me color wise. The photo is what I got. I sucked it up and said ya know what it is what it is, it’s just nails and it’s only two weeks. The pedicure was the worst part. I argued with the man doing my nieces toes when he told me he REFUSED to put gel on a child… after I told him I was paying and thats what we wanted (for the reason she’s a child and plays hard and my shower was two days away!) he then noticeably and quite obviously spoke rudely about my niece and I in Vietnamese to the lady doing my toes. They don’t have children’s chairs for pedicures, so my niece was laying in the chair with her head where your butt goes.. he was drying her toes in the lamp and would place her feet roughly on the foot stand and then slap her foot and wave a finger at her like “don’t move again”. They completely forgot they were suppose to do her nails and he ended up doing them when I told them we weren’t leaving without them done. My mom paid for her nails in cash and wanted change - the girl just took her money and then LEFT THE SALON??? Why? We will never know but as I went to pay the guy runs my card for $80 I said okay and the girl who did my toes comes up and starts arguing with the guy. He goes to hand me my card and she SNATCHED IT from my hand and RUNS MY CARD FOR AN ADDITIONAL $45. No tip was deserved after that. Absolutely disgusted how we were treated.

I am NOT one to complain . However this was the worst service I have ever received and wokt go back. I went in to get a pedicure she was very rude and very rough with my feet not rough as in the massage was too much she threw my feet on the foot rests to the point it hurt from reviews this has happened more than once... I'm not the only one . Then she asked me what kind of pedicure I. Wanted and I didn't understand the menu and didn't pick a priced pedicure just a fragrance... she over charged me for it but I didn't say anything at check out to avoid the arguing and demanding a refund. I also received a manicure and it was the worst one I ever received she did it too fast within 15 mins and the nails were so crooked and the edging of the nail was u even... However I went a day before I went and had them taken off and then they started arguing with me about how I felt about my nail and wanted them off ... I said look I am not asking for a refund I just want them off. Good customer service would have offered a credit or a percentage back but again I didn't say a thing to avoid justifying my point. The staff is rude , unpleasant I would NOT recommend this spot to a single person in valparaiso and how they are still in buisness for the rude staff and to add they use dirty tools which is unsanitary because skin breaks and bleeds. When I went to take my nails off I noticed a woman wanting her nails done with her small daughter probably 3 yrs old. The tech was very unpleasant to her and didn't act like she even wanted to do her nails again the staff is unpleasant very RUDE , she rolled her eyes to her co worker taking my nails off when the mom said u want your nails painted.... gosh customers go in there with the intent of paying for a delightful service they can GO anywhere and choose your spot so don't be rude or close down and let someone else treat people kindly. The worst set of nails ever. I came in for a fill & a pedicure. The nail tech said “next time come earlier” I said “I just came from work”. They are walk in based. I show her the inspo picture, she says okay and grabs the colors, then continues to file my nails until they aren’t even the same shape I requested, & are down to the nub. All before telling me she doesn’t do designs & everyone else is gone so I’ll have to do all the same color…. I ended up paying for & leaving with the ugliest set of nails. They are nude, with streaks, the worst shape ever & lumpy with stuff she sealed under the clear coat. I’ve gone there before, but will NEVER go there again.

Definitely depends who you go to at this business. Just had a bad experience, nails are two completely different shapes and lengths. Wasn’t asked how I liked things along the way and service provider was not friendly at all. Using dirty tools/file as well.

Not very friendly. rushed. the lady threw her tool down bc i moved my hand the wrong way. The bowl of water bowl she had me dip my hands in was dirty. the place is filthy and gross

Walked in, asked for acrylics, was yelled at "pick your color!!" I started getting seen, the person did not fully remove all the nail polish I had on, and at the end of my appointment I still had some of my original nail polish on the bed of my cuticles. She did not make me wash my hands or sanitize before using the dip powder, so I'm assuming that other people have done the same which is a hazard to health. She also left a bunch of nail polish on my hands and overall left my nails looking messy. The place smells dusty and you can overall tell that they do not care about hygiene, the process was rushed, and the customer service is not good. Never coming back

Took my cousin for what I hoped was a relaxing morning out for a pedicure. Rushed through the “Royal Bliss” in 20 minutes. Will never go back!
