OMG!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️When I say TOP NOTCH services, I mean just that!! My 3 month old Chihuahua sustained a spinal injury at home from a fall?. I was referred to this hospital by the ER hospital because Dr. Keely works between the two hospitals and had saw my puppy while he was there at the ER hospital. The ladies at the main desk (I wished I would’ve gotten their names) were AMAZING, so very pleasant, kind & understanding. I’m sure they picked up on the state of mind I was in & at the same time, made me feel at home. The ladies treated my pup like he was one of their’s and apart of SLVH family with cuddles, compliments & TREATS?. Customer service always starts when you first walk in & I got just that!! Kyra the Physical Therapist Assistant was AMAZING as well. She greeted Kaliber(my fur baby) with cuddles & compliments. She took us to a room and made sure we were comfortable while we waited for Dr. Keely to come in.Dr. Keely is all around VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE & AMAZING!! I didn’t feel rushed nor fast talked when it came down to the entire visit. Dr. Keely took his time & was very gentle with Kaliber. He explained a lot from A to Z about the injury & the journey Kaliber is about to endure while on his road to recovery. Any and every question I asked was answered thoroughly. He showed me home exercises we can do before he starts physical therapy sessions( next week ). I was also told to do the exercises at home & in between sessions. He treated my Kaliber as if he were his own & took very good care of him. Kaliber will be going here for checkups and everything else for the rest of his life!! So, if you’re looking for a Veterinary for your beloved fur baby, this is the place for him or her. You’ll love it just like I do!! Thank you Southlane Veterinary Hospital!!

My girlfriend and I took our dog here for physical therapy after a big spinal surgery to treat paralysis from IVDD.They did an amazing job with his care and guided us expertly through his healing process. Today he finished his last appointment, hitting all the goals they set out for him thanks to the treatment they provided.Everyone at Southlane was friendly, compassionate, and helpful and I'd recommend them to anyone.

I had an emergency today at my home. There was an injured Hawk in the yard. After making a few phone calls, I called Southlane. This wonderful man came & was able to net the bird so gently! It was amazing how much care he had for this beautiful bird. Hopefully, they'll be able to save the Hawk & he'll be able to be let free again?I can't believe I didn't get the gentleman's name that helped us?He was so knowledgeable & kind.Thank you, & God bless you, for all your help.

Really great place. Dr. Keely was very professional, helpful and gentle with my dog. This is the first vet where my dog felt relaxed and not started shaking and running fever due to stress. Dr. Keely was able to diagnose and pinpoint all the problems by just examining her without any invasive tests. He made appropriate recommendations on how to proceed with healing, which solved my dogs issues. Very highly recommend.

Dr. Keeley is outstanding! The whole team at Southlane are amazing. We have two pups, one who has IVDD. Dr. Keeley is trained on the disease and helped our pup, (and me) tremendously. He is empathic and provides top notch care. We are so grateful to have the support of outstanding professionals.

Dr. Keeley and his staff have been wonderful to work with, both for regular well visits and end of life care for our pets. We are made to feel welcome and taken care of with compassion. Dr. Keeley takes the extra time to explain multiple courses of action when our pets have been sick, offering holistic options when available.

Despite being very busy, they were able to squeeze my senior cat in for a wellness check up. He's been declining due to kidney failure & I don't want him to suffer even though he's still spunky. The vet that saw him was compassionate, honest & caring. I'm going to be bringing my little family of fur babies there from now on.

Me and my wife and our 4 children took our dog in for an initial visit, we were told the our dog would be taking inside without us for rabies test but the other reason we came could be done outside at our vehicle if we were uncomfortable with him coming inside alone(covid restrictions, which was never explained to us). Heather let us know the Doc would come out and talk to us to help set us at ease. Dr Lindsey came out and introduced herself then told me, my wife and our 4 children that this is the way they do it and if we don't like it well we can just leave! I was very confused because the only thing that had been said by anyone was her introducing herself. Dr Lindsey started the conversation angry and aggressive but I thank her for this because if that is how she immediately acts towards nervous pet owners I can not imagine how she would've treated my sweet scared nervous dog who has had only bad experiences with vets . So in the end I thank you for being an overly aggressive and irrational person. I hope that no other worried pet owner has to deal with being treated less than for an unknown and seemingly unjustified hatred towards them and there pet!
