's.If you purchase your shoes online or from a big box store......you're doing it wrong.Support local and have a shopping experience the way it was meant to be.I was somewhat disappointed Brent wasn't there when I shopped, as he has given me the greatest shoe service of my life by having stylish, high quality shoes and customizing the inserts to fit my goofy sasquatch feet to perfection!!I am equally impressed by the matched service of Savanah. Another wonderful shopping experience!!! (I'm not a shopper)Wonderful job assisting me with Christmas gifts and something for myself!!

My family and I have been getting our shoes at Silcott's for years now. In my opinion, there is no one better in the area. Great selection, excellent staff, and great customer service.

Upscale shoe store. They can provide true shoe fitting for each member of the family. Have pain wearing tour shoes? perhaps you are not wearing the right size shoes? Visit Silcotts. Except no fitting on Popcorn ? festival day which is the second Saturday of September each year. Also a great shoe sale Friday and Saturday, 2nd week of September. Support small business.

Absolute best shoe store in the Region, hands down! The owner, Brent, knows how to make sure every single customer leaves the store with a smile on their face. Any shoes/boots you want, they have them or will get them for you. Best deals and prices in the market too!

I walked in to Silcott Shoes in tears because the pain in my feet was a 10/10 on a zero to ten pain scale. I had a massive flare of plantar fasciitis and tendonitis in my shins. Both feet were extremely inflamed. When everyone that helped me was done my pain was reduced down to a 3/10. Now my whole family has a new shoe store. Even though my pain was reduced the supports in my shoes were not perfect. They let me stop in two more visits and made my insoles perfect for me. I am so grateful to everyone who works at Silcott. This is not normal shoe shopping its an actual experience and everyone should try it. I will never shop for shoes anywhere else. I also bought slippers that fit me like they were tailored just for me. The insole Brent built for me is so good my foot doctor said I will not need the normal custom built orthotics because the insole is perfect support for my condition. Thank you so much Silcott Team! You guys are amazing.

Excellent selection of work boots. They have Redwing, Thorogood, Timberland, Keen, Irish Settler. They were very helpful in finding the right boot. Way better selection and overall experience than chain shoe stores. Highly recommended!

Very very surprisingly large selection of very diverse brands. Like even more than many giant big box shoes stores. They have upper level and also mid range shoes for both men and woman. And while I was there they were staffed with 3 nice ladies NOT stupid gum chewing kids you would find at a mall shop. They care about their customers.
