I reciently needed a dress shoe to match a dress I had just bought. To my delight they had several varieties to choose from from heels to flats in my size and the right color. I was very pleased with my visit and would highly recommend coming here for your shoe needs.

I’m pretty disappointed. I have shopped at Shoe Carnival for years. I recently went in to return two pairs of shoes that broke immediately after wearing them. They wouldn’t let me get a refund, just in store credit. The quality of the shoes were poor. I also tried to order a size 11 of another pair of shoes but they don’t carry that size, even online. Their range of shoe size has decreased dramatically. The store clerk, Jesse, was not sympathetic at all. He didn’t show any care or concern about my issues. It was very unprofessional.I will be shopping elsewhere from here on out.

If the store was remodeling you would think someone would update the app that says they are open. Wasted an hour driving here to find out they are closed for remodeling.

The shoe Carnival is Valparaiso is a frie day clean store. They will have great deals on certain days and you will walk out with too many shoes. There selection of shoes are great and they are priced very friendly. This is a great stop before the school season starts to get your kids shoes!

Good place to go for shoes, but they really need to do better with rewards and coupons. The current rewards program is unimpressive. Points expire too soon.
