“(REVIEW EDIT: The caretaker of the property has done a fantastic job as of the last few months, and would like to say thank you for being more punctual with the Open/Close times, and for keeping the area around the dumpster cleaned up and very presentable! HUGE improvements, very impressed! Hope they (i.e. The Caretaker) gets a raise or at least a bonus for their hard work. Significant improvements should be awarded and appreciated!) ORIGINAL POST: Very nice, for a cheaper self storage facility. The overall price, location, convenience, and business model all seem to be solid, and I only have 1 complaint worth speaking on, which is the unit insurance that you can't opt out of unless you do it in person at their physical office, however their closest office is roughly 60-80 miles away! If you could, either A.) Change the policy to allow an online/over the phone option to opt out of the OPTIONAL insurance, or B.) Open more offices closer to individual facilities to provide better customer service. I'd love to operate one of your locations, if we could potentially open an office branch at my local storage location to better assist the surrounding area of LaPorte County! Glad to see so many improvements!!”

“Been meaning to share this for about a month now. Awesome owner/facility. Needed short term rental for belongings. Unit was clean, door was solid and facility secure. Reasonable cost for the unit as well (from the locations i looked into, definitely the least in cost)! George is a great guy to work with - answered questions promptly and thoroughly. I will definitely recommend this facility to anyone I know inquiring about storage. And I will definitely contact if I am ever in need of a unit again! Thanks again, George! Happy 2023!”
