Kelly has been doing my hair for a couple years and I’m in love!! She is super kind, and always makes sure I leave with exactly what I want! She is also super accommodating for those with anxiety and sensory issues. Wonderful service and wonderful hair. I highly recommend!!!

Sam can't cut hair! Check out your hair cut it's not straight. She does what she wants, if you have an issue with it, she just makes it worse for spite. She turned out to be one nasty B.

My girlfriend and I took a chance on Salon Diva and came away very disappointed. I was scheduled for a hair consult. The hairdresser was behind and basically worked on my girlfriend while asking questions of me and what I wanted. It was inappropriate and unprofessional to say the least. When she finished with my girlfriend she walked away and left me standing there. Shame on Salon Diva.

So, I bleached my hair two weeks ago and it didn’t come out how I wanted and I went into this salon and got referred to a “professional colorist” named Haley Gully because the other hair stylist, Taylor, was going on vacation I believe.....and Haley told me that she can dye my hair the ash brown that I wanted, she told me the process for it, made herself seem professional, explained in detail everything and she told me it would be $50/hr for 4 hours. She said come back in two weeks because I needed to give my hair a break. So I made an appointment and mind you....you have to put down a $50 deposit for the appointment first. Went in yesterday for the appointment and she was talking extremely loud. I mean it was to the point where she was making me so uncomfortable. When she pulled out the color samples there was no ash brown and she told me that she couldn’t do it the ash brown that I wanted and that she can do a 5-6 in neutral brown—so basically 3 shades lighter than my regular color. So what what the point in going in if she couldn’t do it? I said that’s fine because I was already over the whole process of the ash brown. Then she come backs with a waiver for me to sign and she comes up with more reasons as to why she can’t do it “hair is very thin and coarse right here in this spot” “your lightest part is concerning to me” “your hair might fall off”. Mind you she was talking extremely loud and she was right next to me. Very uncomfortable for me. I don’t know why she couldn’t just tell me from the beginning that she couldn't do it and I couldn’t even get my $50 back even though she did nothing to my hair. My point is do not go to this place. Very unprofessional.
