A very nice park went to my niece's open house here. While I just hung out at the pavilion for the party there is plenty to do here. Basketball, fishing, seen a guy hauling what looked like kayaks in there.
The entry is gated and you have to pay or have an access code.
Restrooms: Real restroom not an outhouse
Picnic area: Nice pavilion not sure if it had power though

Pleasant little lakeside park, with walking trails, frisbee golf, playgrounds, fishing piers and paddle boat rental. Deserves a five star rating, but some of the negatives are there is a charge to drive in, with no attendant and a tempermental automatic gate also the resident geese have taken over the park, warning watch where you step, there are goose droppings everywhere.
Playground: Great for the kiddies and grandkids, bring the fishing pole and a few worms it's a great place to catch that first bluegill
Restrooms: More than 2 bathrooms
Dog-friendliness: Many people walking dogs, there is a walk in entrance on Campbell St
Problem is many dog owners don't clean up after their dogs, so watch where you walk, they probably figure why bother, there is goose feces all over sidewalks around the lake.
Picnic area: There are several picnic table areas scattered around the park. It's a great place to have a picnic lunch.

I love this place.
My family and I like to spend a lot of time there.
There are many spaces for playing games, celebrating events, and grilling.

A beautiful park. Especially this time of year. Brings back alot of great memories of my dad taking us here as kids. Had a great time with my nieces walking here. They also enjoyed the playground.
